When we talk about roast duck, most ofthe people would think of Beijing Roast Duck.Yes, Beijing Roast Duck is delicious definitely.However, today Id like to talk about ZhengzhouRoast Duck, which is in my hometown.
The most famous restaurant of roastduck in Zhengzhou is located in Renmin Road. Many people inZhengzhou and the tourists who come to Zhengzhou would like totaste the roast duck there.
As for me, the roast duck is my favorite food. However, it isnot so easy to make a roast duck. First, the duck whose surfacemust be completed watered with boiled water for hours. After that,it can be put into the oven. Forty or fifty minutes later, the duckis spiced and fragrant, charred outside and red and juicy within. Wow, its a yummy roast duck.
Now lets talk about how to eat it. We can eat it directly. The most authentic way to eat the roast duck is served with pancakes. You can take out a piece of pancakes at first, and put some pieces of the roast duck and shallots on it. Then add some sauce and roll them up together. Now you can enjoy it.
