Abstract: How to give farmers more sufficient property rights and interests? The key is to achieve. In other words, property rights and interests are transformed from legal state to realistic state, from relatively single to relatively diverse, and from legal protection to economic realization. In economic practice, the realization of property rights and interests is faced with several obstacles, such as re?gional gap problems, financial support problems, mechanism optimization problems, and technological progress problems. In order to break down the obstacles, it is necessary to build a series of realization paths, that is, to bridge the regional gap with the regional eco?nomic layout with complementary advantages, to consolidate the financial support by improving the rural financial service system, to deepen the reform of the rural land system to optimize the mechanism, and to strengthen the support of agricultural science and technol?ogy and equipment to promote technological progress.

Abstract: Community governance is necessary to safeguard the core functions of national parks, and to promote the simultaneous sustainable development of nature and society. Based on the core value theory, this paper uses the stance sampling method and NVivo 12 plus qualitative analysis software to analyze the keywords and sentence frequency coding of 48 research reports, media reports,re?search literature, and policy documents on community issues in national parks, and finds that the realization of governance order in na?tional parks requires the people to have consensus rationality. Further analysis revealed that the paths to value consensus include the establishment of strong public authority, dual institutional protection, and institutional coexistence structure of categorical gover?nance. The study aims to clarify the strategic goals of community governance in national parks and provide a theoretical reference for the community-oriented governance of national parks in China, with the aim of shifting the governance of national parks from "otherempowerment" to "self-empowerment" and promoting a rational return to the governance order of national parks. The aim is to facili?tate the shift from "other-empowerment" to "self-empowerment" in national park community governance and to promote the rational return of the national park governance order.

Key words: national park; qualitative analysis; community governance; value consensus; path selection

Analysis of the Impact of Human Capital on Subjective Social Stratification

——The Mediating Role of Happiness

YANG Zheng

(School of Philosophy and Public Administration,Henan University,Kaifeng Henan 475000,China)

Abstract: As an important basis for the study of social stratification, subjective social stratification is a further extension and ex?tension of objective social stratification. Further discussion reveals that the objective dimension of social stratification takes resources as the main influencing factor, while the subjective dimension is reflected through human perception and value judgment. Previous studies have considered human capital to be one of the important factors influencing objective social stratification, but have not ex?plored the relationship between it and subjective social stratification. The study uses CGSS 2018 survey data to operationalize the con?cept of human capital into three indicators of education level, working years, and health status, and adds happiness as an intermedi?ary variable, and finds that the three indicators of education level, working age and health status can not only directly affect the indi?vidual's perception and judgment of their social position through the use of multiple regression, gradual regression,Sobel and Boot?strap. This study provides a new perspective for the study of the influencing mechanisms of subjective social stratification.

Key words: social stratification; subjective perception; human capital; happiness; mediating role

Abstract: Green innovation is the main driving force for the development of countries and enterprises. It is of positive signifi?cance to study how to improve the green innovation ability of enterprises to promote the sustainable development of enterprises. Based on the panel data of China's Shanghai and Shenzhen A-share listed companies from2012 to 2021, this paper explores the impact of ex?ecutive compensation incentive on corporate green innovation and its mechanism, and introduces internal control and financing con?straint variables to further test the moderating role of internal control and financing constraint. The results show that executive compen?sation incentives can significantly promote corporate green innovation, which can be realized by alleviating information asymmetry. In?ternal control can strengthen the promotion effect of executive compensation incentive on enterprise green innovation; Financing con?straints will inhibit the promotion effect of executive compensation incentive on corporate green innovation. In addition, the sub-sam?ple test shows that the promotion effect of executive compensation incentive on enterprise green innovation is particularly significant in non-state-owned, heavily polluted and eastern enterprises.

Key words: executive compensation incentive; internal control; financing constraints; environmental information disclosure; en?terprise green innovation
