Have you watched the film Jurassic Park（侏罗纪公园）？ Its a series of movies about dinosaurs. From these movies， we know many kinds of dinosaurs. Some were huge and some were small. Some dinosaurs shrank（缩小） in size and evolved（进化） into birds. Most dinosaurs laid eggs.

Are all the shells of dinosaur eggs hard？ Thats not right. Some experts think that maybe all dinosaurs laid soft-shelled eggs（软壳蛋） at first， then they evolved and laid hard-shelled eggs（硬殼蛋）.

Odd Acts奇怪的行为

Dinosaurs have odd acts of obsession（强迫）.Some dinosaurs liked to pile up（堆起来）their eggs， and put them in order.

恐龙有一些奇怪的行为，就像有“强迫症”。一些恐龙会把许多圆溜溜的蛋堆成一堆，把这些恐龙蛋整齐地堆放在一起。

Pterosaurs（翼龙）can fly in the sky. Mosasaurs（沧龙）can swim in the sea. But they are not dinosaurs. Dinosaurs are land animals. However， pterosaurs are flying reptiles（会飞的爬行动物）. Mosasaurs are marine animals（海洋动物）.

有一些我们熟知的古生物其实并不属于恐龙。比如，天上飞的翼龙、海里游的沧龙，可都不是恐龙哦。因为所有的恐龙都是陆地动物，而翼龙只是会飞的爬行动物，沧龙是海洋动物。

Oviraptors dont steal eggs窃蛋龙其实不偷蛋

When the oviraptor（窃蛋龙） was first found， it was near a pile of eggs. Scientists thought these are the eggs of protoceratops（原角龙） and the oviraptor was stealing eggs. Actually， the eggs were her own eggs and she was hatching（孵蛋） eggs.

最初被人们发现时，窃蛋龙正在一堆蛋旁边。当时的科学家认为那些是原角龙的蛋，而窃蛋龙正在“偷蛋”。事实上，窃蛋龙身下的蛋就是自己的蛋，人家明明是在认真地孵蛋呢！
