潍坊半导体产业发展圆桌会议举行

9月8日下午，潍坊市举办“芯聚鸢都·共谋发展”潍坊半导体产业发展圆桌会议，邀请业界顶级专家和企业家齐聚一堂，抢抓发展新机遇，共商未来、共谋发展。市委书记江敦涛讲话，市委副书记、市长刘运致辞，市委常委、副市长卞汉林主持，市领导鞠俊海出席。

江敦涛代表潍坊市委、市政府向莅临会议的各位嘉宾表示诚挚欢迎，向大家对潍坊发展给予的支持表示感谢。他说，半导体产业是战略性、基础性、先导性产业，正成为各地倾力发展、抢占“风口”的重要赛道。潍坊是产业大市，工业门类齐全，制造业轻重并举，尤其是半导体产业发展起步早、龙头企业强、人才技术优、产业生态好、市场潜力大，有基础、有优势展现更大作为，以半导体产业的突破带动全市制造业由大图强。要立足产业基础，明确需求导向，梳理好潍坊半导体产业发展的重点方向和关键领域，找准结合点、突破口，把握时机、创造条件，实现差异化发展。要按照“紧盯前沿、打造生态、沿链聚合、集群发展”的思路，发挥龙头企业作用，强化“双招双引”，着力强链补链延链，以资本为纽带链接优质资源，完善产业生态要素，制定更具竞争力的政策措施，为半导体产业发展创造良好条件。

刘运表示，发展半导体产业，潍坊有历史、有基础。当前，潍坊市正加快布局发展光电技术、集成电路、光刻胶等产业，全力推动新兴产业换道超车，齐心协力把潍坊发展推向新高度。真诚期待同与会嘉宾围绕电子工业特别是半导体产业开展深入交流、深度合作，全力推动潍坊半导体产业培大做强。同时，恳请嘉宾朋友给予潍坊更多的关注和支持，引导促成更多优质资源、优质项目汇聚潍坊。市委、市政府将为来潍投资创业发展的各类人才和企业，提供最优质的服务，与大家一道，共享产业新机遇、共谱合作新篇章。

The Round-table Conference on Semiconductor Industry in Weifang was held in September 8， 2022. Top experts and entrepreneurs in the industry were invited to gather in Weifang to seize new opportunities for development and discuss about the future and seek common development.

According to Jiang Duntao， Weifang is a big industrial city with a complete range of industries and a combination of light and heavy manufacturing industries. The semiconductor industry， in particu- lar， has the foundation and advantages to make greater development for its early start， strong leading enterprises， excellent talents and technology， good industrial ecology and great market potential. To promote the development of the manufacturing industry in the whole city and turn Weifang from a big manufacturing city into a strong manufacturing city with breakthroughs in the semiconductor industry， Weifang should seize opportunities and provide conditions to achieve differentiated development by relying on the industrial foundation， clarifying the demand orientation， sorting out key directions and key areas of Weifang semiconductor industry development， and finding the right points for combination and breakthrough. It should give play to the role of leading enterprises， strengthen the recruitment of talents and attraction of investment， link high-quality resources with capital as the bond， complete the industrial ecological factors， and formulate more competitive policies and measures to pave the way for the development of its semiconductor industry.
