该多用途开发项目位于印度尼西亚雅加达以西唐格朗市Cisdane河的一个弯道内。其总体规划包括4栋18层的住宅楼和酒店大楼，主步行走廊上方的七层楼采用悬吊设计。地面广场由两层零售区和娱乐区组成，并被错落有致的水道分隔，成为综合性水上乐园。这些形式和项目元素共同造就了一个充满活力的独立河谷社区。

This mixed-use development sits within a bend of the Cisdane River in Tangerang City,just west ofJakarta,Indonesia.The master plan features four,18-story residential and hospitality towers,suspended seven floors above the main pedestrian corridor.The ground level plaza is bound by two floors of retail and entertainment and is cut by a weaving canal,which serves as a feature for the integrated water park.Together,the forms and program elements combine to create a vibrant,selfcontained river valley community.
