让“工业锈带”变“生活秀带”

如果說，工业文明承载着一座城市的历史记忆，那么老厂房、老设备、旧产品、旧车间，这些曾承续工业文明、书写现代化进程的工业遗产，则是城市发展变迁的深刻印记和文化积淀，同时也是许多城市的鲜明标志。

随着城市建设从外延扩张发展向内涵提升发展的转变，城市产业结构调整升级不断深化，如何让工业遗产在城市更新中发挥新的作用，把保护和利用工业遗产与满足社会文化需求相结合正在成为城市发展进程中新的探索方向——

漫步工业遗迹，在具有年代感的厂房建筑，抑或是带有浓厚行业特色的工业景观中感受昔日“中国制造”的历史，工业旅游正成为越来越受欢迎的休闲体验；发挥工业遗产的资源优势，废旧的工厂悄然改成文创园、科技园等新兴产业发展的集聚区，成为城市经济创新发展的孵化地、新容器，实现可观的经济效益和文化价值；大型厂房以及工厂里纵横的管廊，以独特的工业美学氛围受到艺术空间、设计师的追捧，成为工业遗产蜕变新生的文化磁场；被改造成时尚艺术区和网红“打卡地”的工业建筑，蕴含着工业文化韵味的新型文化场景和文化消费空间；一些工业遗产还变身城市文化公园、城市开放空间，满足人们的休闲娱乐需求，焕发新的生机活力……工业遗产正通过功能创新、空间重组等手段，实现“觉醒”“再生”，以创意、创新和创造的思想理路实现着链接古今工业文明智慧、拉近现实工业生产与消费的文化蜂鸣。

工业化峥嵘岁月所留下的痕迹很沧桑，也可以很时尚，激发遗产生命力是工业遗产“重生”的关键。构建融合发展新模式，工业遗产的保护和创新利用必将以更加丰富的实践彰显多元价值，在为城市转型发展赋能的同时，成为城市可持续发展的新活力、新亮点。印刻着发展足迹的工业遗产不仅属于当代，更应属于未来。

Industrialization has kept pace with city development. The old factories， equipment， products and workshops are the fruits of a strong movement toward modernization， a distinctive cultural symbol of the city’s identity.

Industrial tourism is emerging as a popular form of recreation. Leveraging the industrial heritage， abandoned factories have been transformed into clusters for developing new industries such as cultural and creative parks and technology parks， which serve as incubators for the innovative development of the city’s economy and help reinforce economic benefits and cultural values. The giant factories with crisscrossing ducts and pipes constitute unique personalities of industrial design， calling forth the autonomous aesthetic pleasure. They are cultural powerhouse and a magnet that facilitate qualitative change industrial heritage. They are materialized industrial culture and rejuvenated spaces that combine original charm and cultural consumption. They are public cultural parks and landscaped open spaces for recreation and outings. Through an innovative approach of functional and spatial reshuffle， industrial heritage are being regenerated to fit in better with the consumption of culture.

Adding vitality is pivotal to the rejuvenation of industrial heritage. The protection and innovation of industrial heritage will manifest their diversified contents by applying a new， integrated business model， becoming a new growth pole that generates new growth drivers for sustainable urban development.
