Chicmax to become the first listed domestic cosmetic company in HKPROYA

On January 17,2022,Chicmax Group,parent company of KanS,One Leaf and other brands,submitted the prospectus to HKEx,which meant its listing process in Hong Kong kicked off.JPMorgan Chase,CICC and CITIC Securities served as the cosponsors.According to the prospectus,Chicmax Group gained the revenue of 2.596 billion yuan in the first three quarters in 2021,an increase of 12.77% year-onyear;the gross margin was 1.69 billion yuan,up by 13.7% comparing with the previous year.Besides,the prospectus indicated that the major profit came from three brands as KanS,One Leaf and Baby Elephant.In 2019,2022 and the first 9 months in 2021.
