The cat is in the box.猫在盒子里。

in  表示“在……里面”，即在物体的内部。

The cat is on the box.猫在盒子上。

on  表示“在……之上”，与物体表面接触。

The cat is under the desk.猫在桌子下面。

under  表示“在……下面”，即在物体下方且不与物体接触。

The bird is over the cat.鳥在猫的上方。

over  表示“在……上方”，且两物体不接触。

The cat is near the doll.猫在洋娃娃旁边。

near  表示“在……旁边，在……附近”，表示两物体离得近。

The cat is behind the door.猫在门后面。

behind  表示“在……后面”。

The cat is in front of the bike.猫在自行车前面。

in front of  表示“在……的前面”，注意不是物体内部的前面。
