柬旅游从业者参加中文导游培训班

11月2日，由中国文化和旅游部、柬埔寨旅游部、中国驻柬埔寨大使馆共同主办的2021柬埔寨中文导游线上培训班，举行了开班仪式。中国文化和旅游部副部长张旭、柬埔寨旅游部部长唐坤、中国驻柬埔寨大使王文天等通过视频参加开班仪式并致辞。据悉，本次培训为期一个月，由来自中国的资深讲师、中柬文化学者和柬埔寨国家级导游分别开展170余节的专题授课。

2021年中越青年友好会见活动成功举行

10月29～31日，由中国共青团中央和越南胡志明共青团中央共同主办的2021年中越青年友好会见活动以视频会议的形式在“云”端举办。中国共青团中央国际联络部部长董霞、越南胡志明共青團中央国际部（代）部长郑氏梅芳出席开幕式并致词。会上，中越两国青年围绕青年交流、疫情防控、国际合作、青年参与等主题进行了广泛深入的对话和交流，进一步增进中越之间的了解，传承了中越友好情谊。

柬马德望省将计划打造“人工海”

10月25日，柬埔寨马德望省旅游局局长瑞毅皮尼萨拉向媒体表示，马德望省政府将计划开发“人造海滩”项目，旨在重振马德望省旅游业，该“人造海滩”距离马德望市约13公里。他表示，目前该人工海项目的设计已经完成，并且处于准备执行的阶段。马德望省有着丰富的古庙文化遗产以及自然旅游景点，人工海的打造可以为前往马德望旅游的游客提供多样化的新选择。

柬埔寨计划开放国门迎接国际旅客

10月15日，柬埔寨国家抗疫委员会发消息称，柬埔寨计划在年底前开放国门，允许已完成接种新冠疫苗的国际旅客入境。柬埔寨国家抗疫委员会常务副主席翁本莫尼洛连续两天召开会议，讨论开放国门的行动。会议透露，柬埔寨将正式推出“沙盒旅游计划”。此前，为重振被疫情沉重打击的旅游业，柬埔寨首相洪森指示主管部门推出“沙盒旅游计划”，首先在吴哥窟所在地暹粒省和海滨城市西港推行。

菲律宾本地游客可免费进行新冠检测

为了振兴菲律宾旅游业，菲旅游部宣布从11月1日起向本地游客提供免费的新冠检测服务。菲旅游部表示，游客必须通过网站进行注册，并提供经确认的交通和住宿订单，每天批准申请人数上限为350人。该机构也呼吁游客在出发前再次与航空公司以及酒店确认相关事项。该机构补充道：“对于11月1号前已提交申请的游客，无需提交新的申请。”

泰国将于11月开展水灯节活动

近日，泰国总理巴育批准泰国于11月举办水灯节活动，以继承和发扬泰国传统文化，但各方仍须严格执行防疫规定。泰国总理府副发言人拉查妲在10月30日表示，为保障节日安全，政府要求有关部门配合禁放天灯、禁燃烟花爆竹、避免饮酒等活动;确保载客车辆秩序和安全;严格遵守防疫措施，所有人员佩戴口罩，必要时采取限流措施，防止出现人员拥挤现象。

曼德勒大象营地将开发成旅游休闲地

10月25日，据《缅甸之光》报道，在曼德勒市与彬乌伦县之间的瓦楞大象营地为了吸引游客，计划建成一座休闲旅游场地。目前该大象营地仍处于关闭状态，大象营地负责人表示，当营地重新开放时，游客们可乘坐大象游览这一带的山川景色。从瓦楞营地启程，设置有长途及短途的骑象旅程，短途旅程每人3000缅元（约15元人民币），长途旅程每人5000缅元（约25元人民币）。

泰国洛坤府考峦山发现罕见宝石兰

10月20日，据泰国《中华日报》报道，泰国洛坤府考峦山发现世界上罕见的宝石兰。泰国植物研究团队对比分析后认为，泰国发现的宝石兰与之前在马来西亚发现的宝石兰十分相似，但特征上仍有差别，因此，他们认定泰国新发现的宝石兰是新的物种。加上菲律宾发现的宝石兰物种，泰国应该是东南亚国家内第三个发现有罕见宝石兰的国家。目前，泰国研究团队已在PhytoKeys期刊上发表文章。

新加坡旅行通道开通后迎首批游客

10月20日早上6点40分左右，第一批通过“疫苗接种旅行通道”（简称VTL）抵达新加坡的250名旅客陆续到达樟宜机场。大部分旅客表示，入境过程相当顺利，在机场完成新冠病毒检测后便可离开机场。据统计，从荷兰阿姆斯特丹起飞的有80多名乘客，从伦敦起飞的有170名乘客。在VTL计划之下，新加坡旅行社从门可罗雀的光景中开始出现复苏迹象。

兰卡威成为马首个国际旅游泡泡试点

近日，马来西亚总理伊斯梅尔·萨布里发声明宣布，兰卡威将成为马来西亚首个国际旅游泡泡试点，该试点项目11月15日起正式向国际游客试行为期3个月的开放，开放对象为在获得马来西亚政府批准的国家之列，且已经完成接种两剂新冠疫苗的“高经济效益游客”。国际游客至少在兰卡威停留3天，并提供出发前72小时的新冠病毒检测结果阴性证明。同时，需要购买保额至少为8万美元的保险。

老挝青年学者著书讲述中国—东盟故事

近日，《中国与东盟：命运共同体的生动实践》一书在中国出版，该书作者是老挝的青年学者素里耶·莫那拉。2021年恰逢中老建交60周年、中国—东盟建立对话关系30周年。素里耶表示，在这特殊的时间节点，希望让更多的人了解和认同人类命运共同体，携手共建人类更加美好的未来。在书中，素里耶结合自身经历和大量案例，从东盟的视角分析东盟发展历史，展望“一带一路”倡议和“人类命运共同体”为东盟提供的美好未来。

亚航恢复普吉岛航班

随着泰国国门的重新开放，亚航于11月5日起恢复往返吉隆坡和普吉岛的航班，每周提供4趟从吉隆坡起飞的航班。马来西亚亚航首席执行官表示：“普吉岛沙盒计划对马来西亚游客重新开放是一个重要的里程碑，我们期待在这条广受欢迎的休闲航线上增加更多航班。”

Xinjiang ski resort opens on National Day

China saw 515m trips during Golden Week， slightly down from last year

Jinhai Lake rolls out H plan

The lake area in Beijings Pinggu district served as the main venue of this years World Leisure Congress in April. Mogao Grottoes world heritage site closed for epidemic control

October 20， 2021 （China Daily） -- Three popular grottoes including a UNESCO World Heritage site， the Mogao Grottoes， in Northwest Chinas Gansu province， were temporarily closed to visitors on October 20 as local authorities beefed up epidemic control measures. SIAL exhibition nourishes Chinas food and beverage sector

October 15， 2021 （China Daily） -- One of the worlds biggest food and beverage exhibitions， SIAL， will be held in Shanghai from May 18 to 20， 2022. The exhibition will have eight themed halls for leisure food， imported food， convenience food， high-end beverages， meat and frozen food， grain， oils， condiments， dairy and health products. About 4，500 exhibitors from home and abroad are expected to present more than 300，000 products at the exhibition.
