越南多地欲重启旅游市场
10月7日，越南清化省建议文化体育旅游部批准该省于今年底试点实施迎接国际游客计划。越南多地对重启旅游市场的计划较感兴趣，但仍因新冠肺炎疫情防控风险而持有慎重的态度。河内、海防等北部省市表示已主动推出许多旅游产品，在获批重新开放旅游市场时可立即迎接国内游客。岘港市预计将于明年6月迎接国内游客。
印尼巴厘国际机场即将开放
10月6日，印尼国企部长埃里克·托希尔表示，巴厘国际机场将于10月14日开始对国际航班开放，这个情况能使巴厘的经济尽快复苏。埃里克说，国际游客的进入，首先将振兴旅游事业，从而带动其他业务蒸蒸日上。他希望游客及机场人员要严格遵行防疫卫生规则。据悉，到访巴厘岛的国际旅客必须已接种两剂新冠疫苗，且在入境后在指定防疫酒店进行8天自费隔离并接受必要检测。
中老铁路将于12月2日开通
10月6日，老挝总理潘坎·维帕万表示，中老铁路将于12月2日老挝人民民主共和国46周年国庆日开通。目前老挝多省份和万象都实施“封锁”措施，民众活动被限制，人们担心新冠疫情可能影响铁路服务计划的启动，但潘坎总理证实，政府将按计划进行开通。老挝当局正在准备在老中边境采取相应措施，以便在出入境前对货物和旅客进行检查。
西哈努克省新增一座旅游城市
9月26日，柬埔寨西哈努克省高龙岛市市长年文托表示，得益于独特沙滩美景，高龙岛已从宁静岛屿“变身”为蓬勃发展的旅游城市。全市大大小小酒店、客栈已增至200余家。他指出，“高龙岛”堪称天堂岛屿，是来西哈努克省不容错过的旅游胜地。据悉，柬埔寨王国政府不久前将西哈努克省2座岛屿，即高龙岛和高龙撒冷岛并为“高龙岛市”，距西哈努克市约36公里。
2021“一会一节”在敦煌启幕
9月24日，第五届丝绸之路（敦煌）国际文化博览会和第十届敦煌行·丝绸之路国际旅游节（简称“一会一节”）启幕。本届“一会一节”由中国文化和旅游部、中国国家广播电視总局、中国贸促会、中国甘肃省人民政府共同举办，以“交响丝路 文博天下”为主题，韩国担任主宾国，邀请到泰国、日本、柬埔寨等国的政要、驻华使节等官员，以及联合国教科文组织、上海合作组织等国际机构代表出席。
东盟国家驻华外交领事官员参访贵州
9月24日，由来自泰国、柬埔寨、新加坡等11个国家的16位驻华外交领事官员组成的代表团，在中国外交部领事司的带领下，来到贵州省遵义市，了解中国共产党的历史及遵义红色文化旅游发展情况。据了解，代表团还在贵州进行了为期3天的参访，并参加在贵州省铜仁市举行的“2021国际山地旅游暨户外运动大会”和“第十六届贵州旅游产业发展大会”开幕式。
中国南宁方特打造国庆“轻旅行”
10月1日，南宁方特东盟神画景区凭借高品质的主题游乐项目和舒适轻松的出行体验，吸引了不少游客。大型沉浸式实景剧《东盟礼赞》和《寻找鱼尾狮》等东南亚国家主题项目，以及无人机表演等广受欢迎。南宁方特在中国国庆假期期间延长营业时间至晚上21点，园内40+项目加场开放，一票畅玩全园，为亲子出游、情侣浪漫提供一个好去处。
中泰联合录制的纪录片在泰播出
10月1日，由中泰联合录制的纪录片《光阴的故事——中泰一家亲》在泰国国家电视台播出。该纪录片于2020年中泰建交45周年启动制作，以亲历者视角回顾建交往事，讲述两国人民密切合作的动人故事，展示中泰深厚友谊以及携手共建“一带一路”、共同发展的美好前景。《光阴的故事》系列纪录片目前已完成“老挝篇”“越南篇”“柬埔寨篇”等。
泰国延长“特殊旅游签证”政策
9月29日，泰国内阁已批准将原定于今年9月30日结束的“特殊旅游签证”政策再延长一年至2022年9月30日。据泰国旅游和体育部统计，在过去一整年中，共有5609名外籍旅客申请特殊旅游签证（STV）入境泰国，创造了12.43亿泰铢的收入，主要客源市场包括中国、克罗地亚、荷兰和西班牙。这些游客平均在泰国停留90天，主要目的地为曼谷和乌隆他尼等地。
新加坡推动疫苗接种者旅游走廊计划
9月20日，新加坡交通部长易华仁在交通部成立20周年活动上致辞时指出，疫苗接种者旅游走廊计划推出首两周已有超过900名旅客顺利来新，所有人也遵守检测要求。他接受媒体访问时说，其中一名旅客在抵达新加坡时的新冠病毒检测结果呈阳性，随后立即被隔离。新加坡在9月8日推出疫苗接种者旅游走廊计划，从德国和文莱入境者，以更频繁的检测取代居家隔离。
柬埔寨推出“沙盒旅游计划”
9月17日，柬埔寨首相洪森指示有关部门推出“沙盒旅游计划”，放宽对入境外国游客的限制。他表示，为重振因疫情遭受沉重打击的旅游业，柬埔寨将考虑开放已接种新冠疫苗的境外游客免检入境。今年2月底以来，柬埔寨暴发的新一轮新冠肺炎疫情再次重创该国旅游业。洪森指示相关部门尽快制定相关机制，并在暹粒省和沿海的西哈努克省推行“沙盒旅游计划”。
蒲甘部分佛塔因暴雨受损
9月17日晚上，缅甸曼德勒省良宇县普降暴雨，世界文化遗产蒲甘古佛塔塔林区域严重积水，部分佛塔遭到雨水冲刷后出现墙砖脱落、墙缝开裂。每年雨季使得蒲甘古文化遗产地区内的部分佛塔、建筑受损，需要维修保护。在蒲甘的古塔群中，最著名的有建于1057年的瑞西光塔、建于1144年的他冰瑜塔、建于公元2世纪的部帕耶塔、建于12世纪的乔多波陵塔等。
China eases cross-provincial travel restrictions with anti-epidemic measures

Hong Kongs “Come2hk” scheme to boost cross-border travel
September 22， 2021 （CGTN） -- Non-Hong Kong residents， traveling from Guangdong Province and Macao to Hong Kong， can now enjoy quarantine exemptions. All they will need is valid proof of a negative nucleic acid test， obtained within three days before arrival or on the day itself. Italy bullish on Chinas market at winter sports expo

Jiuzhaigou fully reopens to visitors after earthquake
September 29， 2021 （China Daily） -- Jiuzhaigou National Park in Southwest Chinas Sichuan province fully reopened to visitors yesterday after the completion of post-earthquake restoration and reconstruction. It is located in Jiuzhaigou county of the Aba Tibetan and Qiang autonomous prefecture in Sichuan province. The scenic area is best known for its fabled blue and green lakes， spectacular waterfalls， karst land forms and its unique wildlife. It was listed as a UNESCO world heritage site in 1992. The Park is also home to 3，634 species of plants and animals， including giant pandas and golden snub-nosed monkeys， winning the reputation of an “earthly paradise”. On August 8， 2017， a massive 7.0-magnitude earthquake struck Jiuzhaigou county， and the scenic area was closed due to damage.
