高校教育管理信息化建设研究

摘  要：在信息化背景之下，高校所运用的传统教育管理模式，已经难以满足当代教育工作开展的迫切需要，所以进行高校教育管理信息化建设，是促进高校长远性发展的一项必然选择，在高校信息化建设过程之中，主要涵盖信息开发共享以及革新教学模式等，能够将此作为重要的战略任务。基于此，该文以高校教育管理信息化建设的优势分析为出发点，而后探讨了高校教育管理信息化建设的问题所在，最后积极研究了高校教育管理信息化建设的措施。

Research on Information Construction of Educational Management in Colleges and Universities

Abstract： Under the background of informatization， the traditional education management mode used by colleges and universities has been difficult to meet the urgent needs of contemporary education work. Therefore， the informatization construction of education management in colleges and universities is an inevitable choice to promote the long-term development of colleges and universities. In the process of informatization construction in colleges and universities， it mainly covers information development and sharing and innovative teaching mode， Be able to take this as an important strategic task. Based on this， this paper takes the advantage analysis of the information construction of university education management as the starting point， then discusses the problems of the information construction of university education management， and finally actively studies the measures of the information construction of university education management.

高校教育管理信息化建设在深化教育改革以及提高人才培养质量等方面均能够产生尤为关键的作用，教育管理信息化主要指的是在内部切实借助网络技术所具备的优势，管理高校的教育资源，十分利于提升高校的组织管理水平，也有利于促进资源共享，实现高校信息的透明化。因而，在当今时代背景之下进行教育管理信息化建设，应为当前各个高校迫切需要完成的任务。

1  高校教育管理信息化建设的优势

网络所具备的一项重要属性即为开放性，实施教育管理的信息化建设，能够改变以往的管理形式和结构，这样则可使得组织结构能够处在分散的状态之中，而这则非常有助于下放管理控制功能。下放管理权之后，不但可强化相关部门之间的有效性沟通、联系，也可提高教育管理工作的开放性[1]。例如，在高校进行管理决策的过程之中，能够借助于信息技术搜集到相关部门对此的建议，进而确保决策工作的开展具备合理性及民主性。

在进行教育管理信息化建设的过程之中，能够针对高校的真实状况，提升教育管理工作的开展效率。例如，高校学生能够借助于网络技术来明确自身的选修课程，也可利用信息系统来快速获知教学数据和反馈信息，在进行教育管理信息化建设之后，能够明显提高教育管理的成效;除此之外，在信息化建设期间還利于控制高校的教育成本支出。因而，进行教育管理的信息化建设极具必要性。

在进行教育管理信息化建设之后，也能够构建出智能信息管理平台，这主要体现在：利用信息技术，利于促进高校收集及处理各项信息数据，也能够防范在管理期间产生主观性、随意性管理的现状，利于提高高校教育管理工作开展的标准性、规范性，并且还有助于从之前的管理转化为现阶段的服务。例如，学生可自行进入高校的管理系统之中，能够了解到关于自身的全部信息，包括考试成绩等方面的信息。
