超磁致伸缩材料的车辆应用与研究现状

摘 要:超磁致伸縮材料是一种可以实现机械能和电磁能相互转换的新型功能材料,具有高效、快速、转换效率高、稳定可靠等优点,超磁致伸缩材料已在军事、航空、自动化、仪器仪表等领域得到了广泛的应用。文中介绍了超磁致伸缩材料的正逆效应和工作原理,详细阐述了超磁致伸缩材料在车辆上的应用情况和研究现状,包括汽车无源供能、汽车制动控制、汽车振动控制、汽车各类传感器等,为后续超磁致伸缩装置的车辆优化提供了借鉴依据。

Application and Research Status of Giant Magnetostrictive Materials in Vehicles

Abstract:Giant magnetostrictive material is a new type of functional material that can realize the mutual conversion of mechanical energy and electromagnetic energy. It has the advantages of high efficiency, fast speed, high conversion efficiency, stability and reliability. Giant magnetostrictive materials have been used in military, aviation, automation, instrumentation and other fields have been widely used. The article introduces the forward and inverse effects and working principles of giant magnetostrictive materials, and elaborates on the application and research status of giant magnetostrictive materials in vehicles, including passive energy supply for automobiles, automobile brake control, automobile vibration control, various automotive sensors, etc., providing a reference for subsequent vehicle optimization of giant magnetostrictive devices.
