直流电源系统双重化改造设计及实施研究

摘 要:目前110 kV变电站普遍配置单套直流电源系统。为了提高变电站直流电源系统可靠性,运维单位根据需要对原直流电源系统进行双重化改造,即增加一套直流电源系统(含一个充电屏、一组蓄电池及一个馈线屏)。在直流电源系统双重化改造过程中出现了多种设计、施工问题,不符合相关规程、反措规定,影响变电站后续正常运行。本文为解决以上问题,从前期准备、设计、采购到施工和原系统补充改造等方面提出切实有效的措施,并已在现场实施验证。

Research on Design and Implementation of Dual Transformation of DC Power Supply System

Abstract: At present, 110 kV substations are generally equipped with a single DC (direct-current) power supply system. In order to improve the reliability of the DC power supply system, power supply companies carry out the dual transformation of the DC power supply system, which is to add the second DC power supply system (including a charging machine, a group of batteries and a feeder screen). In the process of the dual transformation of the DC power, there is a variety of design and construction problems appeared which infringe the relevant regulations and affect the normal operation of the substation. In order to solve the above problems, this paper proposes practical and effective measures are from the aspects of preparation, design, procurement, construction and modification of the original system, and these measures has been implemented and verified in practical application.

《电力工程直流电源系统设计技术规程》(DL/T 5044—2014)规定“110 kV及以下变电站宜装设1组蓄电池,对于重要的110 kV变电站也可装设2组蓄电池”[1],国家电网公司輸变电工程通用设计也执行此规定[2]。河南省河南110 kV变电站普遍配置单套直流电源系统。受老旧变电站设备条件限制,部分充电机不具备“采用两路交流电源输入且具备自动投切功能”[3],且比率较高,导致低压交流母线近端发生短路故障时直流充电机失电。而近年来部分厂家蓄电池质量低劣,急需蓄电池供电时,蓄电池却发生开路或容量突降,造成110 kV变电站直流电源全失[4]。为避免类似事故,河南省开展110 kV变电站直流电源系统双重化改造,即新增一套直流电源系统(以下称“第二套直流系统”,原系统称“第一套直流系统”)。在实施过程中出现了多种问题,如未采购母联开关、直流负荷如何实现最优分配等。针对这些问题,文章阐述设计、实施过程中需重点关注的技术细节。
1 设备参数典型配置
第二套直流系统参数应与第一套直流系统相同或相近,如蓄电池组容量、电压、充电机额定容量等。典型参数配置表见表1。
