創新，引领发展的第一动力。

党的十八大以来，习近平总书记围绕实施创新驱动发展战略、建设创新型国家提出一系列新思想、新论断、新要求，为推动科技创新提供了根本遵循。

近年来，重庆围绕“深入推动科技创新，加快建设具有全国影响力的科技创新中心”的目标，实施以大数据智能化为引领的创新驱动发展战略行动计划，高水平建设西部（重庆）科学城，高标准打造两江协同创新区，高起点创建广阳岛智创生态城……

今年5月17日召开的市委五届十次全会，审议通过了《中共重庆市委关于深入推动科技创新支撑引领高质量发展的决定》，更是为我市“十四五”和今后一个时期科技创新工作确立了纲领、明确了方向、擘画了蓝图。

创新，是历史进步的动力、时代发展的关键，也是万事万物发展的源泉。

循着创新的路子，我们深入两江协同创新区探索产学研协合作的创新模式，来到重庆自贸（试验）区观察西部陆海新通道铁海联运“一单制”这一制度创新，走进石井坡街道探访“特钢能人坊”这一基层社会治理品牌的创新内核……

与创新同行，我们的面前是一片星辰大海。

Innovation has worked as the top growth driver.

A package of innovative ideologies， new theories， and updating requirements have been formulated and launched by General Secretary Xi Jinping to put into practice the innovation-driven development strategy and to build an innovative country since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China， which has been served as a fundamental guideline to fuel national technological innovation.

In practical terms， Chongqing has long worked to advance technological innovation and step up the building of a national influential scientific and technological innovation center by concrete measures， including initiating a big data intelligence-led and innovation-driven growth campaign， building a high-quality Western （Chongqing） Science City， and forging the Liangjiang Collaborative Innovation Zone to high standards and Guangyang Island Zhichuang Eco-city from a high starting point...

In addition， a guiding principle and blueprint have been defined for the technological innovation of the 14th FiveYear Plan and in the next few years to come by the Decision of Chongqing Municipal Committee of the Communist Party of China on Deepening Scientific and Technological Innovation Supporting and Leading High-quality Development which was approved in the Tenth Plenary Session of the Fifth CPC Central Committee on May 17.

Innovation has been served as the engine of historical progress， the key to the era development， and the power to generate everything.

Following the path of innovation， we have reached out to the innovative model of grass-root community governance set by the "Talent Pool of Special Steel Mill"， the innovative "One Single System" operation for rail-sea intermodal transport of New Western Land-Sea Corridor， and the new original model of industry-university-research cooperation by Liangjiang Collaborative Innovation Zone ...

We embrace innovation to forge ahead with a promising future.
