建设“有温度的师德师风”

摘 要:中华民族的伟大复兴离不开教育这项基础工程,教师作为人才培养道路上的“大先生”“筑梦人”“系扣人”和“引路人”,肩负着传递知识和传承文化的重任。而师德师风建设则对教师队伍的建设起着至关重要的作用。中外合作办学高校以其特殊的办学模式和多元的文化背景,其师德师风建设呈现出建设性与批判性、统一性与多样性、自律性与主动性、持久性与连续性的特点和功能,同样也存在着因中外双方成员人生规划和理想信念不同、文化和教育理念的不同以及学生对于中西方教职员工不同态度而对师德师风建设带来一系列的挑战。因此,中外合作办学高校的师德师风建设必须结合中西方教育文化和理念,建设有中外合作办学特色的“有温度的师德师风”,形成“有温度的教师队伍培养理念”,营造“有温度的师德师风整体环境”,建立“有温度的师德师风模式”,推动我国教育事业的持续发展和人才培养体系的不断完善。

Abstract: Chinese nation's great rejuvenation cannot live without education. As "Great Instructors", "Dream Architects", "Buttoning Persons" and "Guides", teachers are shouldering the burden of passing on knowledge and inheriting culture. Consequently, the construction of teaching morality and style plays an extremely important role in teaching staff development. The characteristics and functions in Sino-Foreign Cooperative Universities are constructive and critical, united and various, self-disciplined and active, persistent and constant. At the same time, there are some challenges such as the differences of career plans and ideals, culture and education opinions between Chinese and foreign faculty or staff, even the attitude to both sides from students could bring some influence factors to teaching morality construction. Therefore, construction of teaching morality and style in Sino-Foreign cooperative universities should be combined the different cultures and education ideas with reality to construct "the teaching morality in temperature", "the concept of teacher training in temperature", "the overall environment of teachers' morality and style in temperature" and "the construction mode of teaching morality and style". Thereby promoting the sustainable development of education in China and improving the talents cultivation system continuously.

《荀子·大略》有言:“國将兴,必贵师而重傅;贵师重傅则法度存”,意思就是一个国家要想兴旺强大,一定要尊重老师,有了老师的教化育人,社会的各项制度和法律才能稳定地发挥其应有的作用。然而“经师易得,人师难求”,尤其是高校的教师,不仅扮演着为国家和社会培养高层次人才、巩固和发展中国特色社会主义制度重任的“经师”角色,更是要成为一名坚持立德修身、塑造学生美好品格的“人师”。如何锻造“人师”?2016年习近平同志就在全国高校思想政治工作会议上强调,高校要加强师德师风建设,坚持教书和育人相统一,坚持言传和身教相统一,坚持潜心问道和关注社会相统一,坚持学术自由和学术规范相统一,引导广大教师以德立身、以德立学、以德施教。可见,抓好师德师风是建设高素质教师队伍的内在要求和重要保证。而中外合作办学的高校,有着来自不同国家和地域的教职员工,中外文化的交流、碰撞必然也会带来与传统高校的师德师风建设不一样的挑战,比如中方更注重“人情的和谐”,西方则注重“规则的公平”。因此,有必要结合中西方师德师风建设的重点与特点,探索出符合中外合作办学高校的师德师风建设新标准和新途径,从而培养出兼具严肃原则性与温暖人情性的“有温度的高校教师”,建设“有温度的师德师风”。
