Unforgettable Mother’s Day③

Mothers Day is a western holiday， but its also popular in China. Its a holiday for giving thanks to mothers.

Last year， Mothers Day was on the 10th of May. On that day， I got up early because I wanted to do something special for my mother. In the morning， I went to the supermarket and bought a big chocolate cake. After that， I started to make a card. I drew lots of hearts on that card. I wrote “Happy Mothers Day” on it. I put this handmade card on the cake. In the afternoon， I helped my mother do some washing and cleaning in my house. I was tired but happy.
