7月1日，市政府外办以会议室集中收看，个人通过电视、电脑、手机客户端等多种形式收听收看庆祝中国共产党成立100周年大会直播，认真学习习近平总书记在庆祝中国共产党成立100周年大会上的重要讲话。

大家一致认为，习近平总书记重要讲话回顾了中国共产党百年奋斗的光辉历程，展望了中华民族伟大复兴的光明前景，为我们奋力推进中国特色社会主义伟大事业和全面推进党的建设新的伟大工程指明方向。大家纷纷表示，一定要紧密结合思想和工作实际，深刻理解精髓要义，进一步增强政治意识、大局意识、核心意识、看齐意识，立足岗位勤奋工作。

On July 1， in the conference room of the Foreign Affairs Office of Chongqing Municipal People's Government， individuals listened to the live streaming of the Ceremony Marking the Centenary of the  Communist Party of China via TV， computer and mobile phone client and earnestly studied the important speech of general secretary Xi Jinping on this occasion.

It is agreed that general secretary Xi Jinping's important speech looked back on the trip that Communist Party of China traveled over 100 years of struggle， and looked ahead to the bright prospects for the rejuvenation of the Chinese nation， and pointed out the direction for us to push ahead the great cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics and comprehensively promote the new great project of Party building. Everyone said that we must closely integrate our thoughts with work practice， deeply understand the essence， be more conscious of the need to maintain political integrity， think in big-picture terms， follow the leadership core and keep in alignment with the central Party leadership and work hard in our posts.

重温党的光辉历程，传承党的优良传统。7月5日，市政府外办在外事大楼举行庆祝建党100周年座谈会，向“光荣在党50年”的老党员颁发纪念章，表彰市直机关和全办优秀共产党员、优秀党务工作者和先进基层党组织，进一步激起广大党员干部开拓进取、干事创业的工作热情。

会上，市政府外办党组书记、主任章勇武带领全办党员重温入党誓词。市政府外办全体办领导为获得市直机关工委表彰的优秀党务工作者李杨、先进基层党组织涉外管理处党支部颁奖。表彰王莎莎等21名优秀共产党员、刘光术等9名优秀党务工作者、礼宾处党支部等4个先进基层党组织，并为他们颁发了证书、奖牌。会议由办党组成员、二级巡视员、机关党委书记王广成主持。

A meeting held by Foreign Affairs Office of Chongqing Municipal People's Government to celebrate the Centenary of the Founding of the CPC

Review the glorious journey and carry on the virtuous tradition of the Party. On July 5， the Foreign Affairs Office of Chongqing Municipal People's Government held a meeting in Chongqing Foreign Affairs Building in celebration of the centenary of the founding of the CPC， awarding "memorial medals for 50-year Party membership" to the senior Party members and commending outstanding CPC members， outstanding Party workers and model grass-roots Party organizations in the organs directly affiliated to the Municipal People's Government and the whole Office， and further motivating the work enthusiasm amongst vast Party members and cadres for exploration and entrepreneurship.

During the meeting， Zhang Yongwu， secretary of the Party Leadership Group and director general of Foreign Affairs Office of Chongqing Municipal People's Government led Party members in the whole Office to go over the oath of Party admission. All the leaders of the Foreign Affairs Office of Chongqing Municipal People's Government presented awards to Li Yang， an outstanding Party worker who had been commended by the work committee directly affiliated to the Municipal People's Government， and the Party branches of Foreign-related Management Divisions of the advanced grass-roots Party organizations. 21 outstanding CPC members such as Wang Shasha， 9 outstanding Party workers including Liu Guangshu， etc. and 4 advanced grass-roots Party organizations such as the Protocol Division have been commended with certificates and medals. The meeting was hosted by Wang Guangcheng， member of the Party Leadership Group， level-II inspector， secretary of the Party Committee.

成渝地區双城经济圈全球推介活动川渝筹备工作第三次协调会议在成都召开

为加快推动成渝地区双城经济圈全球推介活动筹备工作，6月24日，市政府外办副主任王雯率重庆专项工作组赴成都召开川渝两省市筹备工作第三次协调会议。会议由四川省外办副主任张业初主持，重庆市政府外办、市委宣传部、市发展改革委、市文化旅游委和四川省外办、省委宣传部、省发展改革委、省文化和旅游厅，以及参与筹备工作的相关机构有关人员参加会议。

会议传达了5月31日中央政治局第三十次集体学习时习近平总书记关于加强国际传播能力建设的重要讲话精神。并全面总结了各项筹备工作进展情况，审议通过了经费保障制度、工作方案和材料报审流程以及倒排时间进度表。会议听取了各专项组工作情况汇报，重点讨论了展览展示提纲设计情况，并就下一阶段重点筹备事项进行了安排部署。

The Third Coordination Meeting of Sichuan-Chongqing Preparatory Work for the Global Promotion of Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Circle held in Chengdu

In order to speed up the preparatory work for the global promotion event of Chengdu-Chongqing economic circle， Wang Wen， deputy director general of Foreign Affairs Office of Chongqing Municipal People's Government led the Chongqing special working group to Chengdu on June 24 to hold the Third Coordination Meeting of Sichuan-Chongqing Preparatory Work for the Global Promotion of Chengdu Chongqing Economic Circle. The meeting was presided over by Zhang Yechu， deputy director of Foreign Affairs Office of Sichuan Province， Foreign Affairs Office of Chongqing Municipal People's Government， Publicity Department of CPC Chongqing Committee， Chongqing Municipal Development and Reform Commission， Chongqing Municipal Committee of Culture and Tourism， Foreign Affairs Office of Sichuan Province， Publicity Department of CPC Sichuan Committee， Sichuan Provincial Development and Reform Commission， Sichuan Provincial Department of Culture and Tourism， as well as relevant personnel from relevant institutions participating in the preparatory work attended the meeting.

The meeting conveyed the guidelines of general secretary Xi Jinping's important speech on strengthening international communication capacity during the thirtieth collective learning session of the CPC Central Committee Political Bureau on May 31. It comprehensively summarized the progress of the preparatory work， deliberated and adopted the funding guarantee system， work program， material approval flow and inverted schedule. The meeting listened to the work reports of each special group， focused on the design of the exhibition and display outline， and made arrangements for the key preparatory matters in the next stage.

同舟共濟，携手抗疫！重庆向老挝捐赠抗疫物资

6月25日，中国重庆市向老挝占巴塞省和有关方面捐赠抗击疫情物资启运仪式在重庆医药集团和平物流中心举行。满载医用外科口罩、防护服、隔离衣等抗疫物资的跨境公路班车从重庆出发，通过云南磨憨口岸出境，助力老方抗疫。市政府外办副主任王雯，巴南区外办、重庆医药集团、东盟物流公司等区县和企业负责人出席启运仪式。

自今年4月以来，老挝出现本土新冠肺炎确诊病例，引发本土传播。根据老挝卫生部统计，截至6月24日，老挝新冠肺炎确诊病例由今年泼水节前的51例激增至2080例，全国定点医院以及核酸检测点超负荷运转，医疗抗疫物资极度缺乏。

今年是中老建交60周年，也是习近平总书记与老挝人民革命党中央总书记通伦共同宣布启动的中老友好年。2018年12月，重庆市与占巴塞省签署建立友好合作关系谅解备忘录，近年来两地在经贸、文化、教育、物流等各领域合作方兴未艾。为了积极落实中老两国高层加强抗疫合作的重要共识，重庆市积极筹集防疫物资及时支援老挝占巴塞省和有关方面，帮助老挝打赢这场疫情反弹阻击战。

Join hands to fight the corona virus！  Chongqing donates anti-epidemic supplies to Laos

On June 25， the departure ceremony of supplies donated by Chongqing Municipality of China and related parties to Champasak， Laos against the epidemic was held in Chongqing Pharmaceutical Group Peace Logistics Center. The cross-border highway shuttle lorry， which was full of medical surgical masks， protective suits， isolation gowns and other anti epidemic supplies， departed from Chongqing and exited through Mohan Port in Yunnan to help Laos fight the epidemic. Wang Wen， deputy director general of Foreign Affairs Office of Chongqing Municipal People's Government and responsible persons of Foreign Affairs Office of Banan District， Chongqing Pharmaceutical （Group） Ltd， ASEANEX and other districts， counties and enterprises attended the departure ceremony.

COVID-19 cases have been diagnosed in Laos since April this year， triggering local transmission. COVID-19 cases in Laos surged to 2080 cases from the previous 51 cases before the Water-splashing Festival this year. The national designated hospitals and nucleic acid detection points have been overloaded， and medical and anti-epidemic supplies are extremely scarce.

This year marks the 60th anniversary of establishment of diplomatic relations between China and Laos. It is also the China-Laos Friendship Year announced by general secretary Xi Jinping and general secretary Thongloun Sisoulith of Central Party Committee of the Lao Peoples Revolutionary Party In December 2018， Chongqing signed a memorandum of understanding on the establishment of friendly and cooperative relations with Champasak Province. In recent years， the cooperation between the two sides in economy and trade， culture， education， logistics and other fields is booming. In order to actively implement the key high-level consensus for anti-epidemic cooperation between China and Laos， Chongqing actively raised anti-epidemic materials， timely supported Champasak Province of Laos and relevant parties， and helped Laos win the fight against the epidemic resurgence.

澳大利亚维多利亚州政府大中华区副专员韩彬一行来渝访问

6月17日，市政府外办一级巡视员唐文与澳大利亚维多利亚州政府新任大中华区副专员韩彬（Nick Henderson）一行举行座谈，双方就未来合作事宜进行了深入交流。

唐文对韩彬一行来访表示欢迎，介绍了重庆市的历史沿革、区位优势、产业特点、交通物流以及最新经济社会发展情况。他表示，重庆与澳大利亚以及维多利亚州有良好的合作基础，希望双方未来加强在贸易、教育、金融、科技、大健康、文化及旅游等领域的合作与交流。

韩彬介绍了维多利亚州基本情况及特色产业，他表示，中国是维多利亚州最大也是最重要的市场，双方互补性强，合作潜力巨大，希望双方加强往来，进一步拓展维州与重庆在城市宜居、大健康、食品消费品、职业教育以及文化艺术等领域的交流空间和合作前景。

Nick Henderson， deputy commissioner of State Government of Victoria， Australia to Greater China and his mission visit Chongqing

On June 17， Tang Wen， level-I inspector of Foreign Affairs Office of Chongqing Municipal People's Government held a working meeting with Nick Henderson， the new deputy commissioner of State Government of Victoria， Australia to Greater China and his mission. The two sides had in-depth exchanges on future cooperation.

Tang Wen welcomed the visit of Nick Henderson and introduced Chongqing's historical evolution， regional advantages， industrial characteristics， transportation and logistics as well as the latest economic and social development. He said that Chongqing enjoys a good foundation for cooperation with Australia and the State of Victoria， and hoped that the two sides would strengthen cooperation and exchanges in the fields of trade， education， finance， science and technology， big health， culture and tourism in the future.

Nick Henderson introduced the basic profile and characteristic industries of the State of Victoria. He said that China is the largest and most important market for the State of Victoria. The two sides have strong complementarity and huge cooperation potentials. He hoped that the two sides would strengthen exchanges and further expand the interaction space and cooperation prospects between the State of Victoria and Chongqing in the fields of livable city， big health， food & consumer goods， vocational education， culture and art.

6月19日至20日，重庆市对外友协、四川省对外友协联合组织开展“友好合作川渝行”—外国商协会及企业家走进遂宁潼南活动。邀请日本驻重庆总领事渡边信之，中国瑞士商会、中国欧盟商会、中国西南美国商会等一批外方机构、外国商协会代表及外商外企相关负责人，走进重庆潼南区、四川遂宁市座谈交流、走访考察，览遂潼一体化发展成果，享双城经济圈建设机遇。
