赵克志就中方在巴人员遇袭伤亡事件同巴内政部部长拉希德紧急通话

2021年7月17日，国务委员、公安部部长赵克志与巴基斯坦内政部长拉希德紧急通话。

赵克志表示，中国政府高度重视14日在巴发生的中方人员遇袭伤亡事件，习近平主席作出重要批示。根据目前巴方调查及通报情况，这是一起针对中国在巴人员的恐怖袭击，中方对实施这一暴行的组织和人员予以强烈谴责。

赵克志表示，中国公安部已派出刑事侦查技术专家赴巴协助开展调查，希中巴双方一道，查明真相，尽快破案，找出真凶，严惩幕后组织者和相关人员。请巴方全面排查中方在巴人员、机构、项目安全风险，堵塞漏洞，加强安全预警，强化安保措施，尽最大努力保障中方人员生命安全，防止类似事件再次发生。赵克志强调，中巴是全天候战略合作伙伴，希中巴执法部门进一步加强合作机制建设，深化务实合作，维护好双方共同利益。

拉希德首先代表伊姆兰·汗总理和巴人民强烈谴责这一恐袭事件，并表示其本人将于次日赶赴事发现场，督导破案，查明真相，严惩真凶。巴方将采取最高等级安保措施，保障在巴中国机构人员安全。

许甘露会见国际移民组织驻华代表柯吉佩

6月25日，公安部副部长、国家移民管理局局长许甘露应约会见国际移民组织驻华代表柯吉佩。

许甘露积极评价移民组织在加强国际移民合作方面发挥的重要作用。他表示，近年来双方合作不断拓展深化，愿在此基础上进一步加强与移民组织的沟通协调，保持高层交往，推进项目合作，共同维护多边主义，为加强移民治理能力建设，促进移民安全有序流动作出贡献。

柯吉佩高度赞赏中方疫情防控取得的重要成果，为在华外国人正常的学习、工作、生活提供了必要便利和安全环境，表示移民组织高度重视对华合作，将继续推动与中方合作取得更多务实成果。

会后，柯吉佩向许甘露赠送了移民组织成立70周年暨与中国建立官方联系20周年纪念牌。

Meeting between China and the International Organization for  Migration

Vice Minister of Public Security and Commissioner of the National Immigration Administration （NIA）  Xu Ganlu met with Giuseppe Crocetti， Chief of Mission in China of the International Organization for Migration （IOM） on June 25， 2021.

Xu commended the IOMs important role in promoting international cooperation on immigration. He said that the collaboration between the two sides has improved and expanded in recent years and China is ready to further strengthen communications and coordination with the IOM， maintain high-level visits， launch more cooperative projects， and jointly defend multilateralism， so as to enhance capacity building for immigration governance and promote the secure and orderly flow of immigrants.

Giuseppe Crocetti lauded Chinas important progress in Covid-19 prevention and control， which provides convenience and safety for foreign nationals to study， work and live in China. The IOM attaches great importance to its cooperation with China and will continue to deliver more practical results from this relationship.

After the meeting， Giuseppe Crocetti presented Xu with a plaque commemorating the 70th anniversary of the founding of the IOM and the 20th anniversary of the establishment of official relations between China and the IOM.

Urgent Phone Talks Between

China and Pakistan

State Councilor and Minister of Public Security Zhao Kezhi made an urgent phone call to Pakistans Interior Minister Sheikh Rasheed Ahmad on July 17， 2021.

Zhao said that the Chinese government has paid high attention to the attack on Chinese personnel in Pakistan on July 14， and President Xi Jinping has given important instructions. The ongoing investigation and released reports  from Pakistan indicate this is a terrorist attack targeted on  Chinese personnel in Pakistan. China strongly condemns the organizations and personnel that carried out this atrocity.

Zhao stated that the Chinese Ministry of Public Security has sent criminal investigation experts to Pakistan to assist in this probe and hopes that both sides will work together to uncover the truth，solve the case as soon as possible， track down the perpetrators， and severely punish those behind the attack. He requested that the Pakistani side take measures to identify and troubleshoot security risks facing Chinese personnel， institutions， and projects in Pakistan， close loopholes， strengthen its early-warning system and security measures， and do their utmost to ensure the safety of Chinese personnel， so as to prevent further incidents. Zhao underscored that China and Pakistan are all-weather strategic cooperative partners， the law enforcement departments of both countries are expected to further strengthen the cooperation mechanisms， deepen pragmatic cooperation and safeguard the common interests of both sides.

On behalf of Pakistans Prime Minister Imran Khan and the Pakistani people  Rashid first strongly condemned the terrorist attack， saying that he would rush to the scene the next day to supervise the investigation， find out the truth and severely punish the perpetrators. Pakistan will take the highest level of security measures to ensure the safety of Chinese personnel and institutions in Pakistan， he added.

“驻华使节走进公安部”活动7月28日在京举行，公安部常务副部长王小洪出席见面交流会并致辞。这是外交部组织的“驻华使节走进中国部委”系列参访活动的第三场，150多位驻华使节和国际组织驻华代表参加本场活动，深入了解了中国公安工作和“平安中国”建设成效。

王小洪代表公安部对各位驻华使节的到来表示热烈欢迎，并结合中国平安建设的详实数据和中国警察履职尽责的生动事例，围绕什么是“平安中国”、“平安中国”的密码是什么、如何建设更高水平的“平安中国”与来访驻华使节们进行了深入交流。

Ambassadors Visit the Ministry of Public Security

Wang Xiaohong， Executive Vice Minister of Public Security of China， attended and addressed the Meeting of “Ambassadors Face to Face with Ministry of Public Security ”on July 28. It is the third session of the series of “Ambassadors Face to Face with Ministries” organized by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Over 150 foreign diplomats and representatives of international organizations in China gathered on this occasion to learn about Chinas great efforts and remarkable achievements made in the Chinese public security and the implementation of the Peaceful China Initiative.

Wang first extended a warm welcome to the envoys on behalf of the MPS， and shared with them facts about Chinas implementation of the Peaceful China Initiative， as well as vivid examples of Chinese police officers who duly perform their duties and responsibilities. Then， Wang had in-depth communication with the envoys on the definition， essence， and approaches to promote the implementation of the Peaceful China Initiative.

Wang noted that， under the strong leadership of the CPC Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping at the core， China has witnessed rapid economic development and long-term social stability since the 18th CPC National Congress. All these have attributed to the continuous improvement of the peoples sense of gain， happiness and security. The essence of the Peaceful China Initiative lays that we resolutely uphold the leadership of the CPC， act on the people-centered development philosophy， follow the theoretical system of socialism with Chinese characteristics， promote strict， standardized， fair and civilized law enforcement， and practice the technology-based solutions for Peaceful China Construction. The Initiative is backed by over 2 million public security police officers who have devoted themselves or even sacrificed their life selflessly. Now， China ushers in a critical period to embark on its new journey toward a modern socialist country and attain its second centenary goal. At this very moment， the Chinese public security authorities will resolutely uphold the leadership of the CPC， act on the people-centered development philosophy， faithfully perform the duties and missions entrusted by the CPC and the people， and make all endeavors to practice the Peaceful China Initiative in a more acceptable， effective， scientific and inclusive manner， focusing on people supremacy， risk prevention and control， reform and innovation， and win-win cooperation. Wang noted that， “building a Peaceful China on a higher level”is not only the solemn commitment made by the Chinese public security organs to the Chinese people， but also a guarantee for global security and stability. The Chinese public security organs would like to further deepen the cooperation with law enforcement departments of all countries following the principle of “cooperation， innovation， the rule of law and win-win results”. All these efforts will significantly empower the formation of a fairer， more rational and efficient global security governance system， the building of a universally safe community with a shared future for mankind， and a peaceful， stable and prosperous world！

The envoys visited China Peoples Police University， China Peacekeeping Police Training Center， as well as law enforcement and case management centers of Chaoyang Branch and Haidian Branch of Beijing Municipal Public Security Bureau. They reached consensus that China is one of the safest countries in the world， and spoke highly of the efficient and professional work done by the Chinese police， as well as the remarkable achievements made in law enforcement standardization. They also hoped to further strengthen the cooperation with China in international law enforcement and security.

Principals of relevant departments of the Chinese Ministry of Foreign Affairs attended the activities. Relevant principals of the MPS departments， Beijing Municipal Public Security Bureau， and the Security Department of the Beijing Organizing Committee for the 2022 Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games also attended the meeting.
