全国中小学英语学习成绩测试（NEAT）是面向全国中小学生的英语学科阶段性成绩测试，即英语学业测试。具有较高的信度和效度，受到全国广大师生的热烈欢迎。NEAT测试是学习成绩分级测试，主要考查学生在本学习阶段所应掌握的知识、技能和能力。NEAT测试对学生在各个阶段的英语综合运用能力的培养起到了良好的导向和促进作用，对教学有良好的反拨作用。从本期开始我们将为大家评析2020年冬季NEAT三级测试试题，指导2021年春季NEAT测试。
全国中小学英语学习成绩测试（NEAT）三级试题的听力部分共有三道大题，即句子填空（Sentences），对话理解（Dialogues），短文理解（Passage），满分20分。下面我们以全国中小学英语学习成绩测试（NEAT）2020年冬季测试三级试题的部分听力为例进行解析。（保留原题号）
