培养学生思维品质的初中英语教学设计

一、教學理念:

根据新课标,教师应把握好教学设计的系统性、科学性、有效性;时间分配的合理性,知识传递的准确性,学生学习的高效性;培养学生发现问题、解决问题的能力,帮助学生养成独立思考、共同讨论、合作探究的习惯;同时培养学生综合运用语言的能力及互助创新能力,课后师生及时交流,教师反思。

二、教材分析:

本课时选择的是初二英语课本上第二单元How often do you exercise? 中的一篇文章,主要是围绕本单元的中心任务“课余时间的各项活动”讨论展开的。

三、学生分析:

作为马上升入初三的学生,已经具备对所学内容进行整理归纳的能力,借助情景和上下文猜测词义或推测段落大意的能力,利用推理、归纳等逻辑手段分析和解决问题的能力。并具备了一定的生活常识。

四、教学目标:

1. 掌握以下单词:housework, hardly, ever, hardly ever, once

2. 能了解以下语法:频度副词及一般现在时简单谈论周末活动情况。

3. 能够运用简单的阅读策略,通过详读或略读来获取信息,理解课文内容。

五、教学方法:自主学习合作学习 探究学习

六、教学工具:多媒体,幻灯片,课本

七、教学重点、难点:

1. 教学重点:

(1)对6个频度副词细微差异的理解及使用。

(2)弄清一般现在时在不同人称下动词形式及提问的变化。

2. 教学难点:

(1)第三人称单数谓语动词在此核心句型中的运用。

(2)谈论课余时间的各项活动,以及初步认识和使用频率副词。

八、教学过程:

I.  Lead in

Talk about your last weekend?蒺s activities.

II. Presentation

1.“What do you usually do on weekends?” I usually... on weekends.

2.教师出示动词卡片watch TV, read books, exercise, swim, play football, go shopping, go to movies 让学生回答。

3.点击鼠标屏幕上出现频率副词及相关的百分比。always (100%)    usually(80%)      often (30-50%)

sometimes (20%)    hardly ever (5%)    never (0%)

领读频率副词,让学生快速认读。

III. Writing

1. Look at the picture. Discuss with your partners. Make a list of the weekend activities.

2. Let some Ss read out their activities.Let other Ss add more activities.

IV. Listening

1. Let a student read the words aloud. Make sure all the Ss know the meaning of the word.

2. Tell Ss to listen and write the letters from the picture above on the line below.

3. Play the tape for the first time. Ss listen and fill in the blanks.

4. Play the tape for the second time for the Ss to check the answers.

V. Pair work

1. Act out the conversation with a student.

2. Let Ss talk about the pictures in la in pairs.

3. Let some Ss act their conversations.

VI. Listening

Work on 2a:

1. Let Ss read the phrases in the chart.

2. Tell Ss that Cheng Tao is taking about how often he does these activities.

3. Play the recording for the second time for the Ss to check the answers.

Work on 2b:

1. Tell Ss they will hear the recording again.

2. Ss listen and math the activities with the phrases.

3. Check the answers.

VII. Pair work

1. Ask one student how often he / she watch TV as a model.

T: Hi, S1.How often do you watch TV?

S1: I watch TV every day.

2. Let one student read the activities in the chart.

3. Ss work with their partners.Then ask some pairs to act out their conversations.

VIII. Role-play

1. Read the conversations by themselves, then match the activity with the right time.

2. Let the Ss read the conversations after you.

3. Ss work with a partner and act out the conversations.

Homework:

Act out the conversation after class.

板書设计:

Unit 2  How often do you exercise?

(Section A 1a -2c)

HOW often do you do...?

1) Always usually often sometimes hardly ever never...

2) Once three times a week month year.

3) Every day week month.

教学反思:

通过问题导入,开发了学生积极思维的能力,用听听力的方式导入课文,做阅读训练的同时也提高了学生的听力水平。学生自己阅读总结重难点,可以加深学生对知识点和课文内容的理解和记忆。复述课文或自己思考,能够培养学生的实际英语交际能力。在我认为本课的不足之处是知识点的巩固练习还不够充分。课下还应多做这方面的练习,以继续巩固所学内容。英语的学习和语文一样,是一个不断累积的过程,在语文中是要求学生们掌握生字词、造句、写作文。那英语也是一样的,词汇量和语法,只有语言是不一样而已,学习方法都是相通的!学习英语重要的是积累词汇量,培养语感,一些短语,一些名句。
