从2021年开始，中国正式进入“十四五”时期，已经过去的“十三五”是一个浓墨重彩的“历史单元”。这极不平凡的5年，对青岛的发展具有重要意义。青岛牢记习近平总书记嘱托，坚决落实中央决策部署和省委要求，鲜明树起“搞活一座城”的战略目标，找准“搞活一座城”的戰役路径，立体、综合、全方位、内生地“搞活”青岛，以开放创新引领高质量发展全面起势，“十三五”规划确定的目标任务总体完成，高水平全面建成小康社会胜利在望，开放、现代、活力、时尚的国际大都市建设取得新成就。

今年，“十四五”大幕已开启，青岛再一次满载希冀出发。就让我们全面回顾青岛经济社会发展的辉煌成就，进一步总结青岛智慧、青岛经验、青岛模式，去创造一个更加丰盈和充实的新辉煌。

As China ushers in its 14th Five-Year Plan period in 2021， we look back on the past 13th Five-Year Plan period， which is an unusual chapter in the history. The extraordinary five years is of great significance to the development of Qingdao. With general secretary Xi Jinpings instructions firmly in mind， Qingdao resolutely implemented the decisions and plans of the CPC Central Committee and the requirements of the CPC Provincial Committee， set the strategic goal of “bolstering the citys development” and devised a clear path to achieve that goal， so as to invigorate Qingdao in a multi-dimensional， all-round and endogenous way and move its high-quality development into high gear through opening-up and innovation. The goals and tasks set in the 13th Five-Year Plan are basically completed， the victory over the building of a moderately prosperous society in all respects with high standards is in sight， and new achievements have been made in building an open， modern， dynamic and fashionable international metropolis .

This year， as the 14th Five-Year Plan period unfolds， Qingdao sets off once again with great expectations for the future.
