上阙:①“第五届全国土肥和谐大会”主旨报告——“我国腐植酸肥料胜利走过化肥零(负)增长五年光辉历程”一文,由3又5分与1又3分组成,简称《“3513”腐植酸肥料工程》。②“四梁八柱”中,“四梁”系指“发展基石、发展动能、发展成果、 发展使命”;“八柱”系指“有思想、有实践,有理论、有产业,有技术、有标准,有试验、有福田,有效益、有活力,有品质、有生活,有英才、有干劲,有使命、有担当”。③通过工业活化腐植酸,集成大中微有益元素,智造腐植酸肥料,行否定之否定反哺(土壤)之道。④“土肥和谐”的要义是,土离不开肥,肥离不开土,土肥一家亲。

下阙:①“两个最大”指的是腐植酸和化肥。对土壤碳库和肥力而言,腐植酸是土壤中最大的“储碳库”和衡量土壤肥力的“金标准”;对作物养分外供而言,化肥是植物养分外供最大的“给养库”;前者是内供最大,后者是外供最大。②化肥因为化学合成,属于植物“外供养分”。土壤“内供营养”来自“有机质-腐殖质-腐植酸”,即腐植酸是土壤肥力的“运转仓库”。③“黑色腐植酸+白色化肥”最具“土肥和谐”的太极之道。黑(腐植酸)白(化肥)结合,是构筑“土肥和谐”的关键。④“五力”系指土肥核心力、国家品牌力、同源相生力、惠民集合力、成果见证力。
