Spring Festival

Spring Festival is the most important festival in China. The arrival of the Spring Festival symbolizes the beginning of the New Year.

Before the Spring Festival， we clean our houses and everyone buys new clothes. Family members get together to celebrate the Spring Festival.

On New Years Eve， Each family has a big dinner and stays up late to wait for the coming of the New Year. We also watch the Spring Festival Gala. Children like going out to play with fireworks. The next day， we all wear new clothes and say “Happy new year”to each other. Children often get red packets and gifts from grown-ups. Everyone has a great time with friends and relatives.

This is our traditional Spring Festival. It is wonderful， isnt it？
