2021年高考文体写作系列2：申请信

申请信主要用于就某一岗位、奖学金、求学、签证等问题提出申请要求。申请信是高考中常考的交际性应用文体之一。写申请信时应注意三个问题：第一，语气要诚挚友好，千万不要表现出强求的意思;第二，对于申请的内容和原因一定要写得非常清楚;第三，尽管不能表现出强求的意思，但是期望得到的心情一定要得体地表达出来。写信时既不要过分奉承对方，也不要自吹自擂。如不要说I always studied

well， and all my teachers loved me，而应用自己的相关履历、学习成绩单和获奖情况等“硬件”来说明。

申请信一般分为四个部分，对应的流程如下：

（一）常用句式

第一部分：说明写信目的

1. 兹申请刊登在……上的……工作。

I am writing to apply for the post of...advertised in...

2. 见……上刊登的贵公司广告，我谨申请应聘贵公司的……职务。

In reply to your advertisement in...， I beg to apply for the post of...in your company.

3. 一看到贵公司在报上招聘……的广告，我就感到这正是我这段时间所要寻找的工作，并且我能胜任。

Immediately I saw your advertisement in the paper for...I felt it was just the kind of post for which I have the qualifications and which I have been looking for for some time.

4. 我想申请加入贵校学习。

I would like to apply for admission to your college.

5. 我想在贵校……系继续深造。

I would like to further my studies in...department of your university.

第二部分：介绍详情

1. 我的专业是……，我了解贵校在上述领域有极好的项目。

My major is...， and I understand your university has a good program in this field.

2.  ……年，我出生于……，毕业于……大学……专业。毕业后一直在……工作，因此积累了该领域丰富的经验。

Born in...in...， I graduated from...University majoring in... I have been working in...since my graduation， and I have therefore attained rich experience in this field.

3. 毕业后，我先担任……，随后担任……，现任职于……

Upon graduation， I first worked as... The following job was...and currently I am working for/in...

4. 我现在就读于北京第二外国语学院英语专业，即将毕业。

I am now studying at Beijing International Studies University and will soon be graduated as an English major.

第三部分：说明申请该职位或学校的原因

1. 我对贵公司目前做的工作特别感兴趣。

The kind of work in which your company is engaged particularly interests me.

2. 我认为我具备了报上刊登的贵公司……一职所要求的必要条件和经验。

I feel I have the necessary qualifications and experience needed for the position of...advertised in the newspaper.

3. 受我所学课程的影响，我对餐饮和酒店管理产生了浓厚的兴趣。

Under the influence of the courses I have taken， I have developed a special interest in Restaurant and Hotel Management.

第四部分：恳请招聘单位或所申请的学校考虑自己的申请，并表示谢意，期望回复

1. 如能尽快回复，我将不胜感激。

Your early response will be much apprec iated.

2. 希望贵校能给我寄来空白申请表。

I hope you will kindly send me an applica tion form.

3. 如能收到所需的申請表和有关入学的指南，我将十分感激。

I would greatly appreciate receiving copies of the required application forms and any instructions you may be so kind as to give me regarding my possible admission.

4. 希望您能同意我面试，届时我可以更详细地说明我的技能。

I hope I may be granted an interview， when I can explain my qualifications more fully.

5. 我很乐意在您方便时接受面试，届时我将进一步介绍自己。

I should be pleased to attend an interview at your convenience， when I could give you further details concerning myself.

篇首句：介绍自己，简要说明信息来源，并提出申请

I have read in the newspaper that a secretary is wanted in your company.

5. 我写信是想申请加入你们学校的夏令营。

I am writing to apply for the summer camp in your school.

6. 我写信是想告诉你，我适合做你们在广告上刊登的这份工作。

I am writing to tell you that Im suitable for the job you are advertising.

7. 我写信是想询问（我得到）这份工作的可能性。

I am writing to inquire about the possibility of the job.

8. 我写信是想加入这个项目。

I am writing to join the program.

9. 我想要在暑假申请它。

I would like to apply for it during the summer vacation.

篇中句：突出自己的优点，具体说明胜任理由

1. 我认为对于这个职位我是有资格的。

I think Im qualified for the position.

2. 首先，我有很好的寫作和交流技巧。

In the first place， I have strong writing and communication skills.

3. 而且，我非常熟悉西方文化。

Whats more， I am well acquainted with the Western culture. （be acquainted with 熟悉）

4. 最后但也是很重要的一点，我有很好的性格，并且在生活中很独立。

Last but not least， I have good personality， and I am independent in life.

5. 我认为它对我是有好处的。一则，我能够为未来的工作获得经验;二则，我可以交到更多的朋友。

I think its of great benefits to me. For one thing， I can gain some experience for my future job; for another， I can make more friends.

6. 我保证在工作中会尽最大努力。

写作指导

2019年全国乙卷的书面表达要求考生写一封申请信，仍然属于书信应用文。试题要求考生给伦敦一家将举办中国画展览的美术馆写信，申请当一名志愿者。本篇书面表达体现了中国传统文化的传播与中外文化交流。同时，考题还融入了美育知识，引导考生关注和提高审美情趣。在备考时，考生要集中看一些与日常生活和传统文化有关的话题，如文学与艺术、风土人情、社交礼仪、饮食、体育运动、语言学习等，按照话题复习，效果会更佳。

写作时，考生要从写信目的、个人优势和能做的事情这三个方面展开。考生在写作时要做到层次分明，应着重掌握个人优势的常用表达，如Im good at、I have the ability to、Im experienced in等。从语言风格来讲，短文应该是正式文体，应运用得体的语气和礼貌用语或结构等。
