青岛流亭机场是国内单跑道运行容量最大的机场之一,由于航空业务的快速增长和周边用地的限制,现有机场已经无法满足未来的发展,青岛新机场选址在青岛胶州市以东,由流亭机场整体搬迁。新机场全场占地约14km2,其中航站楼主体建筑面积480,000m2。
青岛胶东国际机场定位为面向日韩具有门户功能的区域性枢纽机场,环渤海地区国际航空货运枢纽,预计2025 年旅客吞吐量达到3500 万人次,2045 年旅客吞吐量达到5500 万人次。
灵活高效,向心布局
航站楼设计充分考虑了青岛航空业未来的发展和经济性,采用多指廊布局,在充分论证的基础上,在国内首次采用五指廊向心布局,最大化地满足近机位数量和减少旅客步行距离,共设置近机位数71 组。机位设计上充分考虑灵活性,设置了6 组转换机位、11 组组合机位,方便国内、国际转换和灵活调配。
便捷中转,日韩门户
青岛位于中国东部,是空运、陆运、轨道交通系统的末端,但是,青岛与日本、韩国等东亚各国相距较近,是天然的国际门户,同时又有海运的优势,因此航站楼设计中将国际中转放置在中心位置,打造便捷的门户机场。
轻盈飘逸,绿色节能
航站楼造型简洁舒展,适应航站楼占地大层数少的特点,同时合理控制建筑高度,减少室内能耗。航站楼幕墙采用横梁加竖向拉索的方式,立面效果通透明亮,并在东西方向设置了自动遮阳系统,改善了室内光环境。
青岛胶东国际机场设计绿色、高效、创新、节能,为旅客提供舒适人性的旅行环境,便捷清晰的换乘体验,独具特色的空间感受。它托举了青岛未来发展的希望与梦想,引领机场建设科学健康的发展之路。
Though equipped with runways with top operation capacity in China, the former Qingdao Liuting Airport can no longer meet the demand of future development due to the rapid growth in airline business and the limitation of its surrounding land use. The location of the new airport was chosen at the eastern area of Jiaozhou, Qingdao city, and Liuting Airport was moved here as a whole. The whole new airport occupies an area of about 14 km2, and the floor area of the main terminal building is 480,000 m2.
Designed as a regional gate airport opening to Japan and Korea and an international hub of airline cargo transportation in the Bohai Rim Region, it is anticipated that the passenger throughput of Qingdao Jiaodong International Airport by 2025 will reach 35 million passengers, and 55 million passengers by 2045.
Centripetal Layout with Flexibility and High Eff iciency
After fully considering the future development of the airline industry of Qingdao and the economical use, the design of the terminal building applies a layout of multiple airside concourses. On the basis of a thorough analysis, a centripetal layout composed of five airside concourses is adopted for the first time in the country, which not only meets the demand for near boarding gate positions, that is 71 groups, but also cuts down the walking distance by passengers. In addition, the design of flight positions is quite flexible, with 6 groups of shift flight positions and 11 groups of compound positions, making it convenient for domestic and international transfer and flexible adjustment.
Convenient Transfer, Gate to Japan and Korea
Located in the eastern region of China, Qingdao is at the end point of either airlines, highway, or rail transport system, but since it is near to Eastern Asian countries such as Japan and Korea, it is regarded as a natural international gate city with an advantage on sea transportation. Therefore, the design of the terminal building sets the international transfer at the centre, so as to build up a convenient gate airport.
Light and Elegant, Green and Energy Saving
The shape of the terminal building is plain and stretching that adapts to the features of large land occupation area and small floor numbers of a terminal building, and at the same time, the construction height is controlled and the interior energy consumption is reduced. Crossbeams plus vertical inhaul cable are used on the curtain wall, achieving a transparent and bright façade. Moreover, an automatic sunblock system is applied on the eastern and western sides of the building, which improves the interior luminous environment.
The design of Qingdao Jiaodong International Airport is green, highly efficient, innovative, and energy saving. It provides for passengers comfortable travel environment, convenient and clear transfer experiences, as well as unique spatial feeling.
