慰问信写作攻略

慰问信是向不幸者或失败者表示安慰的信件。这类信件要写得简单、诚挚，语言要得当，多用积极、乐观的话语减轻对方的烦恼和痛苦，并鼓励对方在日后的生活、工作和学习中要信心满满。写信的步骤一般为：

1. 自我介绍;

2. 表示慰问;

3. 力所能及的帮助;

4. 表示鼓励。
