泰国度假胜地苏梅岛“封岛”
2020年4月6日，泰国著名旅游度假胜地苏梅岛宣布次日开始“封岛”，该措施将持续到4月30日。所有进入苏梅岛的人必须提供在72小时内从医院开具的健康证明，以证明未感染新冠病毒。医疗人员和运送必要生活和医疗物资等情况除外。违反相关规定的人士将按照《传染病法》处以罚款。
新加坡：入境须到指定设施隔离14天
2020年4月8日，新加坡卫生部发文告指出，从9日23时59分起，所有从国外返新的新加坡公民、永久居民和长期证件持有者，都须在政府特别安排的设施进行14天自我隔离，遵守居家通知条例。新加坡此前已禁止持短期签证的外国人入境或转机。

2020年4月16日，柬埔寨外交部通报，柬政府决定即日起对外国公民入境限制措施延期，直至柬衛生部和世卫组织商议宣布新冠疫情结束为止。继续暂停对所有外国公民免签政策，暂停签发旅游签证、电子签证和落地签证。入境柬埔寨的外国公民须提前至使领馆申办签证，并出示健康证明和医疗保险。
文莱宣布入境外国人隔离需自费
2020年4月16日，文莱政府宣布即日起入境的外国人，必须自行承担新冠肺炎的检测费，以及14天隔离期的所有费用。卫生部长伊桑表示，采取有关举措是为了确保入境文莱者的入境需求，即日起所有入境文莱的外籍人士需自付每人1000文莱元（约合4800元人民币）的新冠肺炎检测费用。

在泰停留外籍人士签证有效期延长
2020年4月22日，据泰国《世界日报》报道，受新冠肺炎疫情影响，泰国内阁于4月21日批准，在泰停留外籍人士签证将自动延长3个月，至7月31日为止。此外，泰国民航局于15日发布公报说：为进一步防控新冠疫情，此前发布的禁止民航客机入境泰国的措施将延长至4月30日。
马来西亚第三次延长“行动管制令”
2020年4月23日，马来西亚政府决定再次延长“行动管制令”至5月12日，不排除再次延长的可能。马来西亚3月18日起在全国范围施行“行动管制令”，具体措施包括禁止民众在非必要情况下外出，禁止在未获允许情况下跨州出行，禁止大规模聚集活动，关闭学校及部分商铺，限制出入境等。
