1 Review and Prospect of Natural Gas Industry Chain Development in 2019

In 2019, it was the first time that apparent consumption of natural gas in China reached 300 billion cubic meters, reaching 306.7 billion cubic meters, up 9.4%year on year. The domestic increasing gas reserves and production reached 174 billion cubic meters, up 10.8% year on year, it was keeping in good shape. However, the total volume of imported pipeline gas and LNG was 132.2 billion cubic meters, up only 6.5% year on year, the growth rate of imported natural gas fell from height. In 2020,the macroeconomics is facing downward pressure. Additionally, because of the impact of COVID-19, the growth of natural gas demand and growth rate will be significantly lower than that in 2019, the natural gas market demand is expected to increase at 3%-5% in 2020.

5 Development Process and Trend of Energy Transformation

Energy is the material basis of the progress of human society. Two energy transformations have been completed in human history between coal replacement fuelwood and oil alternative coal. At present, a new round of energy revolution is emerging under the dual effects of technological progress and policy guidance. The energy structure is changing from a high-carbon economy to a low-carbon economy.The energy development mode is changing from an ecological consumption to a climate and ecological-based adaptation, and the role of energy is changing from an energy security to an intelligent energy services. This paper summarized the features of energy evolution and transformation, and stated energy transformation trend towards clean, efficient and intelligent energy structures.

10 Internal Corrosion Study in Low Flow-Rate Purified Oil Pipeline

Generally,external corrosion is a main factor of affecting steel corrosion of oil and gas pipeline. Internal corrosion rate depends on the concentration of these corrosive molecules, the temperature, the flow velocity and the surface material.However, oil and water may separate and deposit at the bottom of the pipe at low flow rate, which causes serious corrosion on internal wall of a purified pipeline and even lead to oil leaking and oil spill pollution. The article carried out a case study of internal corrosion at low flow rate, analyzed the flow pattern, conveying medium and pipe material characteristics under actual working conditions, and put forward the countermeasures through comprehensive analysis of internal corrosion mechanism of pipeline.

18 Production Facilities Development Strategy of an Iraqi Oilfield

For step development of large and middle size oilfield, an adjustable overall plan of new surface facilities shall be prepared depending on reservoir development plan. An Iraqi oil field project arranged new projects according to existing production issues, followed three categories of new production, facilities upgrading and function completion as well as tie-in and maintenance improvement project acting as complementary. Finally, sorting all planned projects based on logical relationships of project development and execution, also, according to speed of reservoir water cut rising, all of the projects aimed at improving system suitability and reducing production loss were planned to avoid duplication and meet with production increase request.

23 Vane-Pump Application in Gas Shallow Cooling Facilities

Basically, multi-stage centrifugal pumps are popular choice for light-hydrocarbon condensate in gas shallow cooling facilities. The pumps were selected according high flows, low head and intermittent operating application. With the changing of production operation condition, light-hydrocarbon condensate pumps with some problems, such as air resistance, cavitation gradually withdraws, have not been able to meet the operating requirements. Based on analysis of the argument,vane-pump was first applied in gas shallow cooling facilities to meet the operating requirements. Through running practice, the optimized pump selection effectively increased operating pressure, solved the issues of light-hydrocarbon tank “step-down hydrocarbon” operation, reduced the evaporation loss of lighter hydrocarbon, and improved output. The purposes of energy saving and emission deduction have achieved.

26 Application of Crude Oil Engine in Long-Distance Crude Oil Pipeline

The crude oil engine is a diesel engine based model. Through enhancing the engine component and auxiliary system, the diesel engine can adapt the crude oil as fuel. This article introduced current crude oil engine application status as well as that rarely used circumstance in long-distance pipeline project. It also analyzed technical and economic feasibility of crude oil engines applied in long-distance pipeline project,which will be a reference for similar projects.

34 Optimization of Steel Bar Quantity and Price in Bill of Quantities——Tender Offer for Steel Bar List of Pile Cap

The quantities of steel bar are calculated based on the steel bar layout optimized for pile cap of storage tank. The priced bill of quantities of steel bar list set based on comparing and analyzing the calculation results with the price calculated by uniform quota. The rebar quoted list and the comprehensive unit price of the list ensure accurate results in order to make the tender offers competitive to meet the market requirements. The optimized group pricing method collecting data for construction enterprise quota will help to improve construction industry development.

39 Outlier Detection Method in Behavior Analysis of Refined Oil Retail Customers

Outlier detection in big data analysis is a process of finding information that is significantly different from other data. It has potential value from massive, incomplete and noisy data. This paper focused on common analysis methods based on statistical distribution, proximity, clustering, classification and other outlier detection as well as their applicable scenarios. Taking the refined oil retail customers of a city's sales company as an example, this paper summarized the abnormal consumption characteristics such as fuel filling frequency and interval through data mining and exploration. It uncovered the business discovery behind the abnormal value, and further improved the management level of refined oil retail customers.

50 Management Experience for a Large-Scale Refinery Project Construction
