ProfessorZhongfu Angraduated from Nanjing University of Post and Telecommunication and received his PhD degree in 2014.After graduation,he went to Department of Chemistry,National University of Singapore for his post-doctoral research. He was awarded excellent dissertation for doctor degree in Jiangsu Province. He joined Institute of Advanced Materials,Nanjing Tech University and started his independent research in 2015.
Academic Achievements
Professor Zhongfu An designed and synthesized multiple series of one-component,pure organic phosphor materials with ultralong emission lifetime initially, whose excited-state lifetime can reach as long as several seconds under ambient condition. He also developed a new-type data encryption method, ensuring the encryption to be observed by naked eyes.Up to now,he has published over 50 journal papers includingNature Materials,Nature Photonics,Nature Communications,Angewandte Chemie-International Edition,Advanced Materials,Journal of American Chemical Society, and so forth.
ProfessorQingzheng Yangreceived his PhD in 2003 from the Technical Institute of Physics and Chemistry,Chinese Academy of Sciences (TIPC,CAS),under the supervision of Prof.Chen-Ho Tung and Li-Zhu Wu.After completing postdoctoral research with Prof.Pierre Braunstein at the University Louis Pasteur and with Prof.Roman Boulatov at the University of Illinois,he returned to TIPC in 2009 as a full professor. He moved to Beijing Normal University in 2014,where he is a professor of chemistry. He received an APA Prize for Young Scientist from the Asian and Oceanian Photochemistry Association in 2013,Distinguished Young Scholar award from NSFC and Advanced Newton Fellowship from Royal Society in 2015.His research interests cover photochemistry of supramolecular assemblies and fluorescent probes for bioimaging.
