(1)On Inherent Contradictions of Zhu Xi’s PhilosophyShen Shunfu

Although Zhu Xi is regarded as a great philosopher,his philosophy possesses some defects.From the view of gods,Zhu regards gods as something physical.On the view of human nature,Zhu insists that the evil derives from temperament,which leads to the extinction of the function of born nature.On the view of Dao and Qi,Zhu proposes that the Dao is the body and function,the run of Dao can be also called the run of Qi.The relationship between Dao and Qi,either union or separation,is not certain.The cause of these contradictions is owing to his dualistic view of Li and Qi,which suggests that either of the two is the origin of existence.Zhu emphasizes the uniformity of Li and Qi,but ignores the consistency of the two,which means Li can't be separated from Qi,or Li is part of Qi,even Li is Qi.

(2)Is there a Middle-income Trap in China?——Concurrently on Demographic Dividend and Technological ProgressWang Yan Shen Tanming

After entering the New Normal,China’s economic growth is slowing down.Many people linked this phenomenon with the middle-income trap,which is a controversial concept.This paper reviews different viewpoints from two clues:one is controversy of concept,the other is the divergence of statistical research conclusions.Furthermore,this paper summarizes the divergence sources of statistical research viewpoints into the definition ambiguity of statistical dimension,observation time interval and income interval.Specifically,the middle-income trap exists when we observe from dimension of cross-section and time sequence,or we define the observation time interval in a relatively short period of time,and vice versa.Secondly,“medium” is a general income interval,which may lead to discriminatory differences when it is used to guide economic concepts.The general theoretical basis of the middle-income trap is the exhaustion of demographic dividend and technological dividend.Therefore,from these two perspectives,this paper discusses whether the theoretical basis of the middle-income trap is valid,and finds that regarding wage rise as a sufficient condition of the middleincome trap is lack of practical evidence and is an over-interpretation of Lewis’s dualistic structure model;the relationship between technology and economic growth is complicated,and the exhaustion of technological dividend is not a sufficient condition for the middle-income trap.

(3)Writer-Editor,Director-Writer and Literary Production——An Evolution Trail of Chinese Contemporary Literature ProductionZhao Yong

In recent forty years,one of the evolution trails of Chinese contemporary literature is the literary production mode shift from the writer-editor to director-writer.The former representative is Lu Yao.Although he received lots of assistance from editors,he is the subject of the literary production and has always grasped the initiative of production.Whereas the latter representatives are Liu Zhenyun and Yan Geling.In the process of writing for directors,they have deprived literature of its autonomy,thus making their works show the characteristics of “film fiction”.Behind this phenomenon,there is an era signal of the transformation from printing culture to visual culture,and a lot of hidden information lurks,which is about the evolution from pure literature production to mass culture production.

(4)Study on the Concept Evolution of Fang Shu——Centering on the Historical Biography and CatalogueWang Dehua YinZhiyuan

Fang Shu is an important part of the ancients’knowledge structure.However,under the background of modern disciplines’refinement,diversification,scientificalization,specialization,Fang Shu was isolated from modern disciplines and often labeled as superstition.In fact,Fang Shu is the way for the ancients to know the world and themselves,and it can reflect the unique thought and culture of the ancients.With the help of historical biography and catalogue,we can clearly see the formation,development and decline of Fang Shu,and it can provide a solid basis for understanding the role and influence of Fang Shu culture in different times.

(5)New Understanding of the Essence of Market Manipulation and Innovation of Supervision SystemYang Song Shi Qilong

Market manipulation are essential for the function of controlling the direction and scope of regulatory power.The accommodation reform of capital market makes a systematic evolution through price fluctuation risk of market manipulation,calling for the precautionary risk supervision system in advance.To explore the essence of market manipulation,we should shift from price manipulation,price and volume manipulation which focus on the result of manipulation,and fraud and market fraud which focus on the behavior of manipulation,to the implementation conditions of manipulation,The essential understanding of market advantage abuse can reconstruct the connotation of market manipulation supervision,On the basis of existing behavior supervision,which limits the regulatory power at the micro-level of the investor protection and punishment afterwards,integrates the risk supervision concept,set up defensive regulatory systems such as qualified investors system in different capital markets,classified supervision system for investors and registration system for large cross-market transactions,which defends the bottom line of systemic financial risks.

(6)Research on Multivariate Relation Path and Influential Effects of Psychological Contract——A Case Study Based on the Grounded TheoryZhu JiaweiZhu XiaomeiKong Lingwei

Since the concept of psychological contract has been put forward,there have been divergences of views,especially“who should be the representative to make the exchange of duties and responsibilities between organizations and employees”has not been decided yet.Taking HaiDiLao Company as the research object,this paper conducts a case study with grounded theory to explore the multi-exchange relations of psychological contract between organizations and employees and its impact on employees’working attitude and behavior.The results show that the psychological contract between organization and employee can be realized through the two direct exchange paths of“organizational responsibility” and “employee obligation”,“leader responsibility” and “employee obligation”,as well as the indirect path of“supervisor responsibility” and “employee obligation”.
