Attendants and passengers celebrate the fi fth anniversary of the opening of the Xinjiang section of the Lanzhou-Urumqi High-Speed Railway， the fi rst high-speed rail link in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region in northwest China， on the train D8804 from Urumqi to Hami on November 16. The railway has altogether carried 30.75 million passengers， according to railway authorities.
