恒晋煤业9107工作面上覆老空水分析及治理

摘要:恒晉煤业9107工作面为西一采区9103工作面的接替工作面,该面倾向长1564m,倾向宽176m,回采可采储量为189.71Mt。2012年5月15日早班,工作面推进46m时老塘侧滞后出水并逐渐增大至70 m3/h。通过水源状态分析、小窑调查分析、水质化验分析综合技术,查清了出水水源为上覆2#煤层老空水,针对老空水采取了排水管路改道、钻孔疏放等一系列行之有效的防治措施,确保了9107工作面安全回采。

Summary:Hengjin coal industry 9107 face is the replacement face of 9103 face in West-First Mining Area. The face tends to be 1564m long and 176m wide, and the recoverable reserves are 189.71Mt. In the morning shift on May 15, 2012, when the working face was advancing 46 m, the outflow from the side of the old pond lagged behind and gradually increased to 70 m3/h. Through comprehensive technology of water source condition analysis, small kiln investigation and analysis, water quality test and analysis, it is found that the water source is old empty water in overlying 2# coal seam. A series of effective preventive measures, such as diversion of drainage pipeline, drilling and drainage, are adopted for old empty water, which ensures the safe recovery of 9107 working face.
