分析膝关节骨创伤关节镜微创技术辅助下复位内固定的治疗效果

[摘要] 目的探究關节镜微创技术在复位内固定治疗膝关节骨创伤的治疗效果。方法方便选取2018年1月—2019年1月在该院治疗的70例膝关节骨创伤患者，按着随机数字表，划分成两个组，选择接受常规手术方式的患者35例，作为对照组;接受关节镜微创技术辅助下复位内固定的患者35例，作为观察组，对比两组患者术后的治疗效果，术后膝关节HSS评分，术后患者满意率。结果对比两组患者术后的治疗效果，可以看出观察组患者治疗总有效率（94.29%）明显好于常规对照组患者总有效率（80.00%），差异有统计学意义（χ2=9.114，P<0.05）。观察组膝关节HSS评分优良率（82.86%）也要高于对照HSS评分优良率（57.14%），差异有统计学意义（χ2=15.750，P<0.05）。同时观察组患者满意率91.43%也显著高于对照组患者满意率62.86%，差异有统计学意义（χ2=23.147，P<0.05）。结论关节镜微创技术在复位内固定治疗膝关节骨创伤的治疗效果显著，可以缩短患者术后恢复期，提升手术效果，从而提高病人手术满意率，临床治疗中值得推广。

[Abstract] Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of arthroscopic minimally invasive technique in the treatment of knee bone trauma with reduction and internal fixation. Methods Seventy patients with knee osteoarthritis treated in our hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were convenient divided into two groups according to the random number table. 35 patients who underwent conventional operation were selected as the control group. Thirty-five patients underwent minimally invasive arthroscopic assisted reduction and internal fixation were used as observation group. The postoperative treatment effect， postoperative knee HSS score and postoperative patient satisfaction rate were compared between the two groups. Results Comparing the therapeutic effects of the two groups of patients， it can be seen that the total effective rate of the observation group （94.29%） was significantly better than that of the conventional control group （80.00%）， which was statistically significant（χ2=9.114，P<0.05）. The excellent rate of HSS score in the knee group （82.86%） was also higher than that in the control HSS score （57.14%）. The difference between the groups was significant and statistically significant（χ2=15.750，P<0.05）. At the same time， the satisfaction rate of the observation group was 91.43%， which was also significantly higher than that of the control group， which was 62.86%， and the. The difference was statistically significant（χ2=23.147，P<0.05）. Conclusion Arthroscopic minimally invasive technique has a significant therapeutic effect in the treatment of knee bone trauma with reduction and internal fixation. It can shorten the postoperative recovery period and improve the surgical effect， thus improving the patient's surgical satisfaction rate. It is worthy of promotion in clinical treatment.

在术后患者的满意率调查中，采用关节镜微创技术的患者总体满意率同样优于使用传统复位内切开固定的方式。该次研究中关节镜微创技术的总体满意率超过9成，常规手术方式只有6成。

综上所述，關节镜微创技术相比常规手术方式具有术野好，可操作性好的优点;关节镜微创手术对膝关节的损伤小，出血更少，利于患者术后康复，同时患者也更加满意采用关节镜微创技术的方式，临床中膝关节骨创伤关节镜微创技术辅助下复位内固定的治疗效果显著，值得推广。
