三、餐饮礼仪

1.穿着得体，不大声喧哗。西方人去参观或吃饭，往往比较注意自己的仪表，因为这些地方被认为是正式的社交场合。所以，一般正式的饭局穿着都比较正式。自己家人或朋友吃饭当然也比较随意，但是不能随便。穿着一定要整洁，不可太过外露。西方的饭店、咖啡馆环境幽雅，一般都有背景音乐播放。顾客说话声音很小，只有谈话者双方听到即可。因此，我们去国外参观或吃饭，一定要注意衣着整洁，轻声说话。

2.在正餐就座之前，男士们要站在椅子后面，直到女士们就座。

3.在一些家庭中，饭前要做祈祷或“祝福”。客人可以加入或保持沉默。

4.餐巾放在大腿上。在比较正式的场合，客人要等主人将餐巾放在膝盖上自己再放餐巾。

5.在比较正式的场合，所有用餐者都到齐才能开饭。并且要等到主人拿起叉子或勺子后才开始进餐。

6.餐具轻拿轻放。吃西餐时，不要让刀、叉与盆、碟相碰发出响声。吃饭、喝汤时最好也不要发出声音。如果不习惯使用刀、叉，可以要求招待为你换双筷子。国外的餐厅中一般都为顾客准备了筷子，比较周到。特别注意，在英美国家，不可以用自己的筷子为别人添菜，更不应把自己盘子里的菜分给别人，除非你还没有动过。

7.如果你很难用叉子拿到食物，那么用一小块面包或小刀来帮助。千万不要用手指。

8.只能称赞餐桌上的食物美味，切不可说餐桌上的食物不好。

9.去洗手间时，只说“Excuse me”或“Excuse me， I'll be right back.”，而“I am going to the restroom.”是千万不能说的。

10.当你吃完饭后，把所有用过的餐具一起放在盘子的右边，叉子向上。这样服务员就知道你吃完了。不要把旧餐具放在桌子上。

11.当你暂时离开时，把餐巾放在椅子上。饭后离开餐桌时，把用过的餐巾松弛地放在餐盘左边的桌子上。

12.结账时要付小费。在美国的大多餐馆，客人吃完饭是要付小费的。一般情况下，小费是其餐费的 15%左右。给小费时要注意，一般是将小费放入收款盘中，而不是直接递到招待手中，这样显得不尊重对方。另外，给小费时，说话要客气，不能说“Here is the tip.”，只说

“Here is the bill， keep the change， please.”就行了。

四、餐馆常用对话

Dialogue 1 现场预定

WAITER： Good evening， sir. My pleasure to serve you. Do you have a reservation？

晚上好，先生，很乐意为您服务。请问您订位了吗？

CUSTOMER： No， I am afraid we don’t.

没有。

WAITER： I'm sorry. The restaurant is full now. You have to wait for about half an hour. Would you mind having a drink at the lounge until a table is available？

很抱歉，餐厅已经满座了。大约要等30分钟才会有空桌。你们介意在休息室喝点东西直至有空桌吗？

CUSTOMER： No，thanks. We'll come back later. May I reserve a table for two？

不用了，谢谢。我們等一会儿再来。请替我们预定一张二人桌，可以吗？

WAITER： Yes， of course. May I have your name and you telephone number， sir？

当然可以。请问先生贵姓？可以留个联系方式吗？

CUSTOMER： James. By the way. Can we have a table by the window？

詹姆斯。劳驾，我们可以要一张靠近窗口的桌子吗？

WAITER： We'll try to arrange it but I can't guarantee， sir.

我们会尽量安排，但不能保证，先生。

CUSTOMER： That's fine.

好的。

WAITER： Your table is ready， sir. Please step this way.

你们的餐桌已经准备好了，先生。请往这边走。

Dialogue 2 餐厅早餐

WAITER： Good morning. What can I do for you， sir？

早上好，先生，您要来点什么？

CUSTOMER： What do you have this morning？

今天早上你们这儿有什么？

WAITER： Fruit juice， cakes and refreshments， and everything.

果汁、糕点、各种茶点等等，应有尽有。

CUSTOMER： I'd like to have a glass of tomato juice， please.

请给我来一杯西红柿汁。

WAITER： Any cereal， sir？

要来点谷类食品吗，先生？

CUSTOMER： Yes， a dish of cream of wheat.

好的，来一份麦片粥。

WAITER： And eggs？

还要来点鸡蛋什么的吗？

CUSTOMER： Yeah， bacon and eggs with buttered toast. I like my bacon very crisp.

要，再来一份熏猪肉加鸡蛋黄油吐司，我喜欢熏猪肉松脆一点。

WAITER： How do you want your eggs？

您喜欢鸡蛋怎么做？

CUSTOMER： Fried， please.

煎的。

WAITER： Anything more， sir？

还要什么别的东西吗，先生？

CUSTOMER： No， that's enough. Thank you.

不要了，足够了。谢谢。

Dialogue 3 餐厅正餐

CUSTOMER 1： Can we see the menu， please？

能让我们看一看菜单吗？

WAITER： Here you are.

给您。

CUSTOMER 1： What's good today？

今天有什么好吃的？

WAITER： I recommend crispy and fried duck.

我推荐香酥鸭。

CUSTOMER 1： We don't want that. Well， perhaps we'll begin with mushroom soup， and followed by some seafood and chips.

我们不想吃香酥鸭。或许我们可以先吃蘑菇汤，然后再要点海鲜和土豆片。

WAITER： Do you want any dessert？

要甜品吗？

CUSTOMER 1： No dessert， thanks. Just coffee.

不，谢谢。咖啡就行了。

CUSTOMER 1： Hi， friend. I think I can have the check now， please.

你好，朋友（服务员）。我现在结账。

WAITER： Cash or charge， sir？

现金还是记账？

CUSTOMER 1： Charge， please. Put it on my American Express.

CUSTOMER 2： George. Let's split this.

CUSTOMER 1： No， it's my treat tonight.

Dialogue 4 宾馆订餐

WAITER： Good morning. Can I help you？

CUSTOMER： I want an American breakfast with fried eggs， sunny side up.

WAITER： What kind of juice do you prefer， sir？

您想要哪种果汁呢？

CUSTOMER： Grapefruit juice and please make my coffee very strong.

西柚汁，还有，我要杯特浓咖啡。

WAITER： Yes， sir. American breakfast with fried eggs， sunny side up， grapefruit juice and a black coffee. Am I correct， sir？

好的，先生。一份美式早餐，要单面煎的鸡蛋，西柚汁及一杯清咖啡，对吗？

CUSTOMER： Yes， that's right.

是的。

WAITER： Is there anything else， sir？

还有什么吗，先生？

CUSTOMER： No， that’s all.

WAITER： Good morning， sir. This is the breakfast you ordered.
