Abstract:With the continuous development of modern science, people rely on various devices to cope with the impact of external environmental changes. It could be used to guide some projects.

Key words:Residential Buildings;Energy Saving Design

1.0 Introduction

Through the energy-saving plan of residential buildings, people can create way better living conditions and integrate them with distinctive natural climates to show their characteristics. Due to the excessive use of artificial equipment, the energy utilization rate is low, which brings more pressure on the ecological balance. In order to realize the long-term development of energy and buildings, the rational use of energy is particularly important.

2.0 Main Problems in Energy Saving Design of Residential Buildings

In the current design of residential buildings, some structural design engineers still maintain the traditional design concept and design thinking in terms of ideological concepts, and there's a little awareness of energy conservation within the design process. As a result, they rarely focus their work on the use of energy-saving ideas during the process of architectural design. They put too much importance to appearance(i.e. aesthetic)and structure, ignoring the climate, location, orientation, etc. of residential buildings, and in particular, the lighting design is not been logically calculated. To a certain degree, that it also influenced the development of modern architectural design technologies. In the concrete construction, some energy-saving equipment used within the architectural design are not used accordingly, thus are not combined with the building well, resulting in a certain degree of difficulty in the combination between the two, which is an important deterrent to the development of architectural energy-saving design. Due to the lack of awareness of energy conservation within the design and construction process, numerous problems have arisen [1].

3.0 Effective countermeasures for energy-saving design of residential buildings

First,by strengthening policy guidance and introducing relevant standards to standardize energy-saving design, thus making it one of the major standards for modern and future residential architectural designs. Also by using institutional constraints to guide architectural design notion so as to promote the evolution of residential buildings towards energy-saving plan. Second,by optimizing the design ideas of residential buildings, and require architectural designers to master the key points of modern residential buildings 'energy conservation design, strengthen the indoctrination and guidance of architectural designers' energy conservation awareness, and strengthen the training of architectural designers ' on energy conservation design skills. As far as possible,to the extent that the energy consumption problem within the design is reduced, and the energy conservation design concept and related theories are applied to the modern residential architecture design. Third,to increase investment in research and development. Due to the rapid development of the social economy, people have increasingly high requirements for the living environment, and the building form has changed. In order to cater to the development philosophy of an ecologically economical society and meet the requirements of modern people for a diversified,green,low-carbon and energy-efficient living environment, the government and relevant enterprises should step up research and development of new building materials. While improving the energy efficiency and adaptability of traditional materials, more construction materials with high energy saving effect should be develop to meet the higher and higher water levels.
