中国对“一带一路”投资合作稳步推进

中国对“一带一路”沿线投资持续引领投资风向。日前，商务部发布的数据显示，2019年1月-7月，中国境内投资者共对全球153个国家和地区的4088家境外企业进行了非金融类直接投资，累计实现投资4329.2亿元，同比增长3.3%。其中对“一带一路”国家投资合作稳步推进。前7个月，中国企业对“一带一路”沿线的52个国家有新增投资，合计79.7亿美元，占同期总额的12.5%；对“一带一路”沿线国家并购36起，投资额13.8亿美元。在“一带一路”沿线国家新签对外承包工程合同额722.6亿美元，占同期总额的59.9%；完成营业额445亿美元，占同期总额的55.1%。

在当前发达国家投资保护主义势头不断上升的背景下，对“一带一路”沿线国家投资合作稳步推进成为一大亮点。基于当前政策、经济、民心、基础设施合作均取得显著成效，未来要加强风险管控，形成合力，不断推动“一带一路”对外投资合作迈向高质量发展。

Investment along the Belt and Road still leads the direction of investment flow. Data released by the Ministry of Commerce show that from January to July in 2019， Chinese investors at home made non-financial direct investments in 4，088 overseas enterprises of 153 countries and regions， involving a total investment amount of RMB 432.92 billion， a year-on-year increase of 3.3%. Among that， investment cooperation in countries along the Belt and Road has proceeded smoothly. In the first seven months， Chinese enterprises made new investments in 52 countries along the route， totaling USD 7.97 billion and accounting for 12.5% of total investments in the same period； 36 cases of mergers and acquisitions were realized in countries along the route， involving total investment USD 1.38 billion. The contracted value of newly signed contract projects in countries along the route registered USD 72.26 billion， accounting for 59.9% of the total in the same period； USD 44.5 billion of business volume was recorded， accounting for 55.1% of the total in the same period.

Amid the rise of investment protectionism of developed countries， we are seeing a highlight as China is making steady progress in investment cooperation in countries along the Belt and Road. Based on the marked results in policy， economy， people-to-people exchange， and infrastructure cooperation， China will work to form synergy to strengthen risk control and scale new heights in overseas investment cooperation along the route.
