Inheritance and Development of Chinese Traditional Elements in New Chinese Interior Design

Abstract：In recent years，the interior space of the new Chinese style has gradually increased，and the design has become more and more rigorous.The “New Chinese Style” design style is the inheritance and development of the traditional Chinese style under the guidance of the traditional Chinese culture concept with a long history and rich connotation.Starting from the current people’s functional and spiritual needs for indoor space，using modern design techniques combined with traditional Chinese elements to create a space with modern Chinese elements，and people’s traditional culture.This paper focuses on the inheritance and development of Chinese traditional elements and the application of Chinese traditional elements in the new Chinese indoor space.This paper uses the normative research methods to conduct thematic research，and it analyzes the inheritance of Chinese traditional elements in new Chinese interior design，and development.
