赵秋悦:山茶花的春日游记

赵秋悦是重庆航空山茶花精英乘务组的一员。这位5年前才以应届毕业生身份进入重庆航空的“山茶花”,性格活泼,又不乏细致,相处之后就会发现,跟着这样的“导游”赏春,真是一个好选择。

重庆航空山茶花精英乘务组去年挂牌成立,赵秋悦是第一批“山茶花”,于她而言,这既是对她五年来工作的肯定,同时也意味着一份更重的责任。

能够成为“山茶花”,赵秋悦自然也有着自己的服务绝招,“为旅客服好务,不仅仅在于个人做得多么棒,重要的还是团队。只有所有团队成员紧密配合,才能真正让乘客满意。”

执飞过程中,只要负责迎客任务,赵秋悦都会打起十万分的精神。充满活力的笑容,让客人从登机开始就留下好印象,这也是为后期的服务打好基础。同时,赵秋悦会格外留意旅客的动态表情,一旦遇到“稍微不太好”的乘客,赵秋悦就会暗暗把乘客信息记在心里,并在第一时间通知乘务长和其他组员,让大家在服务过程中能够打“提前战”。

如果要让她对乘务员这份工作做一个定性,她觉得“摆渡人”是她心中最合适不过的描述。这一切,源于一次航空服务对她的触动。

那一次,乘务员登机迎客时发现一位老年乘客身体状态不佳,经和陪伴的老人女儿再三确认,乘务员最终还是安排老人登了机。老人的座位区域属于赵秋悦的服务范围,因此她对老人也格外关注。果然,老人在起飞不久就因为呼吸困难按响了呼唤铃,赵秋悦在和家属确认后,赶紧拿上氧气瓶,开始了对老人一对一的服务。

赵秋悦把老人调整到头等舱,并一直陪护在老人身边,帮老人调节氧气流量,不断安抚老人情绪。在用完两个氧气瓶后,飞机终于平稳落地。

这不是第一次为机上突发不适的乘客服务,赵秋悦原本没太在意,谁知接下来的一幕却把她吓懵了:老人的女儿在下飞机前,突然给赵秋悦跪了下来。

原来,这位老人已是癌症晚期,但疾病被家人瞒着,老人以为自己只是患感冒。儿女们都希望老人能够落叶归根,这才冒着风险把老人带回重庆。家属无数次设想过老人在飞机上遇到突发状况的可能,但没想到乘务组会提供如此周到的服务,让这一次旅程有惊无险。

这次经历让赵秋悦深有感触:作为乘务员,真正把本职工作做好,就是在为每一位乘客的生命护航。在经过多次训练后,赵秋悦已经形成了一种条件反射,那就是一定优先保证旅客生命安全。

In the flying process, Zhao Qiuyue will always gather all her energy so long as she is in charge of passenger reception. Her vibrant smile gives passengers a good impression from the start of boarding, and this is also a good foundation for her later service. Zhao Qiuyue will also observe dynamic expressions of passengers. Once coming across those"slightly not well", she will keep the passenger information in mind, and inform the chief attendant and other members as soon as possible, so that everyone can prepare for the "war" in advance.

If she is asked to define the job of being a flight attendant, "ferryman" will be the most appropriate one in her opinion. Her understanding about this job is from an air service that deeply touched her.

On that occasion, a flight attendant found an old passenger was in poor physical condition when boarding. After repeated confirmation with his accompanying daughter, the flight attendant finally arranged boarding for the old man. His seat area was within the service scope of Zhao Qiuyue, so she paid extra attention to the passenger. Not unexpectedly,the old man rang the call bell soon after taking off because of breathing difficulty. Zhao Qiuyue, after confirming with his family, quickly took the oxygen tank and started one-on-one service for him.

Zhao Qiuyue upgraded the old man to the first class and accompanied him all around. She helped him to adjust the oxygen flow and pacified his mood.After using up two oxygen tanks, the plane finally landed smoothly.

It was not the first time to serve passengers with sudden discomfort on board, so Zhao Qiuyue didn't pay much attention. However, she was stunned by the next scene: the daughter of the old man suddenly knelt down to Zhao Qiuyue before getting off the plane.

It turned out that the old man was in the terminal stage of cancer, but he was concealed by his family. He thought he was just suffering from a cold.His children hoped their father to return to his roots,which was why they took the risk to bring him back to Chongqing. His family has imagined all emergency situations that the old man possible to happen on the plane, but they did not expect the flight crew to provide such attentive service to maintain a safe trip.

Zhao Qiuyue was deeply impressed: as a flight attendant, a good job actually means to protect the life of every passenger. After trained for many times,ensuring the life safety of passengers has become Zhao Qiuyue's subconscious behaviors.

春日的采茶赏花之旅

A Tea-picking Flower-viewing Trip in Spring

在单位既能主持大型节目,又能参与活动航班策划,还能将机组故事改写成剧本,赵秋悦是工作中的多面手,也懂得享受生活。春日到来,她回到了自己的家乡永川,开启了一段采茶赏花的春日之旅。

永川秀芽如今名气不小,市场上也很常见。但在永川长大的赵秋悦还是觉得,自己动手炒制的茶叶喝着才最有滋味。

在茶山上,和赵秋悦一样的春游人已经来了不少,赵秋悦这一次的目的,是给家人带一些自己炒的明前茶叶,把春天的气息带到家中。

采茶讲究巧劲,要眼明手快,用中指和食指夹着嫩芽轻轻往上提拉,一片茶叶便轻易到手。大概采了六七捧嫩芽以后,赵秋悦兴致勃勃地把嫩芽带到了炒茶区,照着专业炒茶师父的动作,赵秋悦依样画葫芦,杀青、揉碾、烘干等工序后,茶叶算是炒制完成。取一小撮泡开,师傅尝了一口,说“味道还算不错”。听到这个评价,赵秋悦哈哈大笑起来:“我只是想采个春天的感觉啦!”

对于每个女孩来说,花都是令人充满向往的美好事物。离茶山不远,便是永川的黄瓜山。赵秋悦小时候,黄瓜山还名不见经传,后来因为花而名头响亮,成了春天人山人海的踏青地。此时,六万亩梨花盛开,漫山遍野,把大地装扮得像一座座连绵起伏的雪山,其间更有金黄的油菜花点缀,美不胜收。

看了如雪般洁白的梨花,赵秋悦还想来点粉红色的桃花,在永川,正好有一个叫“桃花岛”的好去处。圣水湖桃花岛上,两千多亩桃花铺满了整个岛屿,赵秋悦去的时候,正赶上岛上的桃花节。

Moreover, she also knows how to enjoy life. When the spring arrived, she returned to her hometown Yongchuan and started a trip of picking tea and viewing flowers.

Yongchuan Xiuya Tea now have a high reputation and is common in the market. But Zhao Qiuyue, who grew up in Yongchuan, still feels that the tea made by herself is the most delicious.

At the Tea Mountain,a number of tourists for enjoying spring have arrived, but in addition to appreciating the spring scene, Zhao Qiuyue has another purpose in this trip: take some fried tea before Tomb-sweeping Day for her family, bringing the breath of spring back to home.

Tea picking requires good eyesight and quick speed. Pull the bud with the middle finger and forefinger tenderly, a piece of tea can be easily obtained.After picking six or seven handfuls of buds, Zhao Qiuyue cheerfully brought them to the tea stir-frying area. She followed suit the actions of professional tea stir-frying masters to remove water,knead and dry, and the tea was finally fried. Then she make a cup of tea with the fresh tea for the master,after tasted, the master said: "good job". Zhao Qiuyue laughed on hearing the words: "I just want to feel the spring! ”

For every girl, flower is something wonderful that makes people yearn for. Not far from the Tea Mountain is the Huangguashan Mountain of Yongchuan. The mountain was still unknown when Zhao Qiuyue was a child, but later, it became famous for flowers and became a place for tourists to appreciate flowers in blossom. At this time, 60,000 mu of pear flowers are in full bloom everywhere, decorating the earth like rolling snow-capped mountains scattered with beautiful golden rape flowers.

After seeing pear flowers as white as snow,Zhao Qiuyue also wanted some pink peach blossoms.In Yongchuan, there is a good place named "Peach Blossom Island". The Peach Blossom Island on Shengshui Lake is covered by more than 2,000 mu of peach blossoms. It was just the Peach Blossom Festival of the island when Zhao Qiuyue arrived.

Food Memories Hidden in Folk

赵秋悦家从事餐饮业,她对食物更有一种执着和挑剔。

小时候经常在宴席上吃到的“九大碗”,她一直印象深刻。九道菜中,主菜以猪肉为主,鸡鸭鱼肉为辅,主要包括蒸头碗、蒸扣肉、蒸膀、腌盐豇豆鸡块、鱼肉、糯米饭、鸭肉、酥红薯(或藕片)、酥肉汤。现在,在一些农村人家的酒桌上以及一些“坝坝宴”上,还能品尝到正宗的“九大碗”。

不过,赵秋悦最爱的还属“汤香耗儿鱼”。这可是正宗的老字号招牌,虽然店铺的装潢平淡,但是在永川几乎家喻户晓,赵秋悦更是从小吃到大。

招牌菜耗儿鱼主要是以麻辣水煮为主,耗儿鱼鲜嫩肥大,辣得起劲麻得鲜明,还有一股甘甜的味道,一锅美味的汤香麻辣水煮耗儿鱼简直可以让味蕾得到前所未有的震撼。此外,这家的红糖粑粑口感糯稠还不失弹性,又软又顺滑,甜度刚刚好,红糖与糯米结合出的颜色黄灿灿、亮晶晶,在最原始的白炽灯泡的映照下,显得色泽鲜明透亮。

永川的氽汤肉也是大名在外,赵秋悦自己觉得最好吃的一家在朱沱,吃着不腻,价格也特别实惠,上次赵秋悦去吃的时候,还是每人二十五元随意吃。这里门面很不显眼,若不是总有大量食客,很难想到这其中藏着美食。

永川还有一些街头小吃,比如冲冲糕一类,每次赵秋悦遇到卖冲冲糕的摊贩,都忍不住要尝尝。

When she was a child, she was always impressed by the "Nine Dishes" at banquets. Among the nine dishes,the main course is pork, supplemented by chicken, duck and fish, mainly including Steamed First Bowl, Steamed Pork, Steamed Pork Leg, Pickled Cowpea and Chicken Pieces, Fish, Glutinous rice, Duck, Crisp Sweet Potato(or Lotus Root Slices) and Crisp Meat Soup. In nowadays,you can also taste authentic "Nine Dishes" in some peasant family's tables and some "Baba Banquets".

However, Zhao Qiuyue's favorite dish is still the Flavored Corydoras Soup. This is an authentic timehonored brand with unimpressive decoration, but it is widely known in Yongchuan. Zhao Qiuyue has always enjoyed the food since she was young.

The special dish of Corydoras is mainly spicy boiled.The Corydoras is fresh and fat, spicy and vigorous with a sweet taste. A pot of delicious Spicy Boiled Corydoras Soup can shock the taste buds like never before. The brown sugar Baba of this restaurant also tastes waxy and soft without losing elasticity. It has just the right sweetness, and the yellow and bright colors combining brown sugar and glutinous rice seem sparkling under the reflection of the most primitive incandescent bulbs.

Meat Ball Soup of Yongchuan is also wellknown. Zhao Qiuyue like the restaurant in Zhutuo,whose soup tastes not greasy and the price is very affordable. When she went there last time, it was still RMB 25 per person feeding to appetite. The restaurant appears inconspicuous. If there were not always a large number of diners, it would be hard to think of the delicious food hidden in it.

There are also some street snacks in Yongchuan,such as Chongchonggao Glutinous Rice Cake. Zhao Qiuyue can never help to taste one whenever she meets a vendor.
