在这个冰雪消融万物生长的季节，中国画报界在安徽合肥召开了第三届会员代表大会，投票选举产生了新一届协会理事会，刘建生当选中国画报协会第三届理事会会长。作为全国54家会员单位之一，今日重庆杂志社也参加了会议。
