Meet Lions in Tanzania—Kaka's Diary

We‛re going on a safari in Tanzania!

我们要去坦桑尼亚旅行啦！

We go to meet our driver. He is very tall and has a big smile. I ask if he has ever seen a lion. “Of course, ” he says. “Oh no!” Coco says.She is afraid of lions.

我们去见了司机。他个子很高，笑容满面。我问他是否见过狮子。“当然。”他说。“哦，不！”可可说。她害怕狮子。

The driver takes us into the wild. “Wow!”mom says, “look at the elephant!” The elephant has a long nose and big ears. “Wh are his ears so big?” I ask. “That‛s why he can fly,” Dad says with a smile. “Elephants can‛t fly!” Coco says.

司机驾车带着我们来到野外。“哇！”妈妈说，“快看大象！”大象有着长长的鼻子和大大的耳朵。“为什么大象的耳朵那么大？”我问。“因为这样大象才能飞啊。”爸爸笑着说。“大象才不会飞呢！”可可说。

We see a zebra, a gazelle, and a hippo. “Where are the lions?” I say. “Turn around!” the driver says.

Whoa! There is a lion right outside my window!I scream. It is huge and has big teeth. Maybe I don‛t want to see a lion after all.

我们看到了一匹斑马、一只羚羊还有一头河马。“狮子在哪儿啊？”我问。“你转身。”司机说。

哇！一头狮子就在我的窗外！我尖叫起来。它身形巨大，还长着大大的牙齿。也许我并不想看到狮子吧。
