电影《奇迹男孩》改编自美国畅销书《奇迹》（Wonder），讲述了一个温暖人心的成长故事。故事主角奥吉（Auggie）因为基因问题，天生脸部畸形，经过了27次手术后才得以正常呼吸，恢复视力，摆脱助听器，但脸还是与正常人不同。他一直在家中和妈妈自学，直到10岁，终于进入父母为他精心挑选的学校读书。入学后他不寻常的外表让他成为同学们讨论的焦点，被同学们孤立，还被个别同学欺侮。但他凭着聪明、风趣和友善，逐渐改变了大家的看法，并最终被大家接纳，赢得了友谊。

奥吉上学的第一天，就遭到了表面上是好学生的朱利安在课堂上的暗讽和午饭时的嘲弄。晚饭的时候，当妈妈在饭桌上问起他当天过得如何时，奥吉忍不住生气地跑回了房间……

Mom:That is not the way we leave the table.Hey, come on. Talk to me. Sit down. Take that off, please.

Auggie:I’m sorry.

Mom:It’s okay. It’ll be okay.

Auggie:Why do I have to be so ugly?

妈妈：你这样离开餐桌是不对的。嘿，过来，我们谈谈。坐下。把头盔摘掉，好吗？

Dad:My day is really good right now.

1. talk to和talk with意思相近，但有轻微区别。talk to强调对谁说话、跟谁说话；talk with强调互动的交谈。例如：

She likes to talk to her cat. 她喜欢对她的猫咪说话。Can I talk with you about this weekend’s plan? 我能和你谈谈这个周末的计划吗？

2. have to表示“不得不，必须”的意思，比较强调客观需要。例如：

He has to stay in bed for at least five days.他至少得卧床休息五天。

拓展：must也表示“必须”，强调出于主观意愿。

Scene B

朱利安不断羞辱欺负奥吉的行为终于被老师发现了。为此校长询问了奥吉，收集了相关羞辱字条、图片等证据后，找来了朱利安的家长谈话，但朱利安父母的态度却出人意料……

Mrs. Albans:No. No, he didn’t. I did. Of course, I didn’t think that he would bring it to school. But when our friends come over and they see that picture, I want them to ask about our son. Not the Pullmans’.

Mr. Tushman:Mrs. Albans. When we11)pressed Auggie, he showed us these other notes that your son left in his12)locker and his desk. Chair.

1. else 副词，意为“另外，其他”；常置于something、anything、nothing等复合不定代词或what、who、where、when等疑问代词或疑问副词之后。例如：

拓展：形容词other也有“其他的；别的”的意思，用来修饰名词时，需放在名词之前。

2. deal with 有“处理，应付；应对”的意思。例如：I’ll deal with the children later. 孩子们的事我稍后处理。

拓展：do with与deal with二者都可表示“处理”，但是用于特殊疑问句时do with与what连用；deal with则与how连用。

3. be sure to do sth. 务必做某事。例如：
