综合护理干预在脑血管造影术中的应用效果分析

【摘要】 目的：探讨综合护理干预在脑血管造影术中的应用效果。方法：选取2014年1月-2016年12月于笔者所在医院行DSA检查的90例患者为研究对象，采用數字随机表法将其分为观察组和对照组，各45例，在围手术期对照组实施常规护理，观察组患者在对照组基础上实施综合护理干预，对两组患者的术前SAS评分、护理满意度、并发症发生率进行综合比较分析。结果：护理干预后，观察组患者术前SAS评分为（43.45±9.97）分，明显低于对照组的（62.13±10.09）分，比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；观察组患者护理满意度为95.56%，明显高于对照组的77.78%，比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；观察组患者术后发生穿刺处血肿、尿潴留、腰背疼痛等并发症的发生率均明显低于对照组，比较差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：在脑血管造影术中采用综合护理干预，能够有效缓解患者术前焦虑情绪，降低术后并发症的发生率，对提高护理效果具有重要意义。

【Abstract】 Objective：To explore the application effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in cerebral angiography.Method：From January 2014 to December 2017，90 patients with cerebral angiography who underwent DSA in our hospital were enrolled in this study and divided into observation group and control group by digital random table method，45 cases each. In the perioperative period，the control group received routine nursing，the observation group were given comprehensive nursing intervention on the basis of the control group.The preoperative SAS score，nursing satisfaction and the incidence of complications in the two groups were compared and analyzed comprehensively.Result：After nursing intervention， the SAS score of the observation group was （43.45±9.97）points，which was significantly lower than that of the control group （62.13±10.09）points，the difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）.The satisfaction degree of nursing in the observation group was 95.56%，which was significantly higher than that of the control group （77.78%），the difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）.The incidence of postoperative complications such as hematoma，urinary retention and low back pain in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group，the difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）.Conclusion：Comprehensive nursing intervention in cerebral angiography can effectively relieve preoperative anxiety and reduce the incidence of postoperative complications，which is of great significance to improve the nursing effect.

在我国脑梗死具有高发病率和致残率，脑动脉狭窄或闭塞是导致脑梗死的重要发病因素[1]，全面充分了解脑动脉病变情况，有助于脑梗死的防治[2]，数字减影全脑血管造影（DSA）是诊断脑血管病的金标准[3]。但是由于脑血管造影是有创检查，存在着一定的风险，对于患者有着较大的经济负担和心理压力。本次研究的主要目的是探讨护理干预在脑血管造影术中的应用效果，选取2014年1月-2016年12月接受DSA检查的患者共90例进行分组研究，现报道如下。
