Research and Test of High Frequency Electromagnetic Induction Heating Technology in Oil Gathering and Transportation System

Abstract:The crude oil in the wellsite and the oil pulling point lack of associated gas is heated by a coal-fired atmospheric pressure water jacket.They have the problems of pollution environment,insufficient burning,low thermal efficiency,great influence on the weather,high labor intensity of employees,and no temperature control.So the high frequency electromagnetic induction heating technology is studied.This technology has the advantages of oil,gas,water and electricity separation,crude oil temperature rising fast,and no scaling.After the application of this technology,the thermal efficiency is 95%and the energy saving rate is 49%.It is more safe,efficient,non polluting,energy saving and environmental protection compared with the use of coal-fired boilers,ordinary electric heat tracing and electric heating rods.In theory,it is more suitable for the heating of distributed oil well head in oil field.

Study on the Relationship Between Pumping Unit Balance and Energy Consumption in Low Permeable Oilfields

Abstract:In order to explore the balance determination method applicable to low-permeability oilfields,rationally adjust the balance of pumping units,further reduce the energy consumption of pumping and lifting,and develop the relationship between pumping unit balance and energy consumption.By comparing the accuracy and energy consumption of the different balance determination methods applied in the field,it is concluded that the balance adjustment is implemented in low-permeability oilfields,and the average power method is more accurate than the peak current method to determine the balance of the pumping unit,enabling pumping.The oil machine reaches the lowest energy consumption operation state to save energy to the maximum;the average power method determines the standard of the pumping unit balance is broad,and the average power method determines the balance of the pumping unit balance in the range of 70%to 120%.The oil machine energy consumption does not change much,pumping unit operation is in the best balance,and the best energy consumption operation state can be achieved.When the pumping unit is adjusted from the peak current balance state to the optimal balance state,the single well daily electricity can be generally realized.11.2 Effect of KWh.Therefore,the average power balance determination method is more suitable for guiding the balance adjustment of pumping units in low-permeability oilfields,and can achieve the lowest energy consumption operation of pumping units,which has certain guiding significance for energy saving and consumption reduction in oil fields.

Study on the Plane Layout of Combined Station and Treatment Plant in Changqing Oilfield Under the Influence of Wind Direction

Abstract:As a large station in Changqing oilfield,the influence of wind direction on the safety and environmen-tal protection of the plant should be considered as an important factor in the layout of the oil field joint station and gas field treatment plant.To find out the requirements of wind direction design in the specification,combined with representative wind roses,the combination station of Changqing oilfield and the planar of the treatment plant are modularized,and the plane reference graph with typical wind direction is drawn.These combine a standardized floor plan that dominates the wind frequency and wind direction and divides the plane into multiple blocks such as the main production area,tank area,personnel concentration area and fire control.In addition,the safety and environmental protection problems of each block in extreme conditions such as oil and gas emission,gas emission and fire are considered.Not only the safety of the station yard can be enhanced,but also improve the efficiency of the layout of the plane.It is of great significance to promote the standardization design.

Study on the Hazard Mechanism and Management Method of Power Generation of the Beam Pumping Unit

Abstract:Beam pumping unit has always been the main oil production equipment,the beam pumping unit motor due to factors such as the structure,the phenomenon of the generation in the process of running often,a waste of electricity.In addition,the power generation of the motor is carried out by the pumping unit,and the rotation speed is unstable,thus polluting the power grid and causing the power grid to be unreliable.By analyzing the characteristics and harmfulness of the power generation phenomenon,two main kinds of methods can be concluded,which can effectively eliminate the power generation phenomenon and improve the efficiency of the system.One is to avoid the power generation phenomenon by controlling the crank speed and eliminating the negative torque of the crank.Among them,the flexible control technology can improve the system efficiency by 4.66 percentage points.The second is the mechanical transient separation of the motor to eliminate the power generation phenomenon.Among them,exceeding disconnection technology can improve system efficiency by 5.83 percentage points.

Effect of Reducing Parameters on Output and Energy Consumption of Pumping Wells

Abstract:Reducing parameter is a common adjustment measure in oil field development.The main purpose is to adjust the submergence depth of oil well so as to achieve reasonable flow pressure.But in the daily management,reduce parameter is generally considered to affect output,technology and management personnel are not clear about the specific impact of reduce parameter on the rod pumped well.Based on the statistics of the effects of three kinds of power diagram types,such as insufficient liquid supply,gas influence and normal work,it is determined that the shortage of liquid supply and the influence of well adjusted small ginseng have no effect on output.Through the field test on the yield and energy consumption of small parameter wells,wells D1 rushed down to 1 by 5 min-1,the energy consumption by 93.53 kW·h dropped to 42.22 kW·h,but the daily fluid declined more than the Japanese consumption decline,resulting in well D2 tons of liquid consumption increased from 19.05 kW·h/t to 29.94 kW·h/t,the small parameter can reduce the energy consumption of pumping unit,but the adjustment is too large to lead to a rise in consumption of tons of liquid,to determine a reasonable adjustment limit.

Technical Measures for Optimal Operation of a Heating Furnace in an Oil Transfer Station

Abstract:The heating efficiency of a heating station is relatively low,with an average of only 72%.By optimizing the operation study,4 reheating furnaces stop 1 stations on the premise of meeting production.The load rate of the heating furnace is raised from 39.18%to 64.25%,and the thermal efficiency is increased to 82.32%by optimizing the air coefficient of the heating furnace and the temperature parameters of exhaust smoke.In the summer of 2016,the above models were operated for 85 days,saving 34 x 104m3of natural gas.The implementation of these technical measures can not only improve the operation load and thermal efficiency of the heating furnace,but also reduce the consumption of natural gas,so as to achieve the purpose of energy saving and consumption reduction.

Abstract:Daqing oilfield crude oil station adopts a variety of heating equipment to meet the production process requirements.In order to make the design engineers clearly understand the area division of the heating furnace area,in order to unify the design criteria and correctly implement the regional division,the problem of regional division is discussed.The present situation of the construction of the heating furnace area in Daqing oilfield is introduced.The influence factors of the development of the heating technology on the area division of the heating furnace area are analyzed.It is clear that the division of the heating furnace area can not only be used as the basis for dividing the open fire,the high temperature surface and the equipment near the equipment.It is a technical measure for the development of oil fields to improve the safety of heating furnace area by improving electrical protection requirements appropriately.

Analysis of Influence ofAir State on Energy Consumption ofAir Compressor

Abstract:In this study,the model of compressor was established based on the first law of thermodynamics and the influence of air humidity and temperature of air compressor inlet on the energy consumption of air compressor is calculated and analyzed.The study shows that energy consumption increases with the air humidity increases.When the other conditions are constant,wet air with relative humidity of 60%is more energy consuming than dry air for 1.23 kW·h per hour.When the pressure ratio and the outlet temperature are constant,the energy consumption increases with the air inlet temperature decreasing.Compared to high temperature(40℃),the low temperature(-40℃)consume more energy per hour(66.49 kW·h).Finally,the improvement measures are put forward.The air dryer and air preheating device are installed at the inlet of the air compressor.To ensure the economic operation of air compressor.

Applied Research of Screw-pump Oil Recovery Technique in Zhongyuan OilField

Abstract:Since the development and construction of zhongyuan oilfield,it mainly adopts pumping unit and electric pump oil production method,but with the development of oil field into the middle and late stage,there are problems such as high water content,low yield and increasing sand production.At present,the oil pumping unit used has serious corrosion,low production capacity and high energy consumption.There are high energy consumption and high cost of operation in electric pump.Aiming at the above mentioned problems,in 2014,the application test of the oil recovery technology of the screw pump in zhongyuan oilfield has been carried out successively.According to the characteristics of oil well using progressing cavity pump technology and practical application,using the method of theory analysis combined with the actual,illuminates the screw pump in oil production plant extract,saving energy and reducing consumption,prolong pump inspection period and other advantages,analyzes the problems existing in the field application,and puts forward the method of optimization of screw pump application,provide the basis for the choice of the ways of zhongyuan oilfield in many kinds of oil production.

Abstract:For factory waste station at low load operation of light hydrocarbon problem of power consumption on the high side,and the analysis of total power electrical equipment one by one,and on-site investigations and production data,determine the circulating pump flow,molecular sieve regeneration time interval,boiler water system operation mode is the main factor of power consumption on the high side.Reduce the circulating pump is invalid flow,are presented and optimized molecular sieve regeneration time interval,change the way of boiler water system to run the three specific measures.Scheme,from 2016.12 to 2017.2 to 2016.12 to significantly lower power consumption,waste station month month average around 85100 degrees to save electricity,average monthly electricity saving about$42500,achieved the purpose of saving energy and reducing consumption.

Energy Saving Management and Operation of the Gas Storage in Lamadian Oilfield

Abstract: As a means of safe gas supply and peak shaving,underground gas storage has many advantages such as large gas storage and high safety factor.Reducing the energy consumption of compressor unit and reducing op-eration cost is the core of energy saving optimization management of gas storage.With Lamadian gas injection production plan,through the ground gas storage efficiency evaluation process,find out the weak links to the system,the gas pressure design optimization scheme reasonable operation of units,optimizing the operation parameters of gas well,including a reasonable set of electric heater using time and temperature range,while meeting the requirements of production,storage library production operation and reducing the power consumption of 2 million 916 thousand kwh,reduce energy waste,ensure the economic operation of gas storage.

Abstract:CNPC have a large number of oil and gas heating furnaces,they have low efficiency and high energy consumption,influenced by the characteristics of oil and gas production,they have sorts of problems such as aging、low power rating,low load operation,low control level,large exhaust gas heat loss,poor operation and management.In view of their problems,carried out research on new heating furnace、 optimizing thermal load、technology reforming and operation management,then implemented four great projects of optimizing and reduce、 equipment replacement、 technical reform and operation management。 After the projects being completed,oil and gas heating furnace thermal efficiency have been improved by 5.3%,each field saved 27×104tce,guarantee the oil-gas field enterprises to realize green and sustainable development.

Abstract:with the continuous optimization and adjustment of oilfield development level,the problem of mismatch between lifting method and production capacity is becoming increasingly prominent.Field production,operation and energy consumption have a significant impact.To solve such problems,the"one to one"intermodulation approach is adopted at the scene.Combined with the timing of pump inspection,the existing resources are used to optimize and adjust the lifting mode,and reasonably carry out lifting equipment,production and parameters.By optimizing the design,a series of experiments on the exchange of lifting equipment in the field will achieve an economic profit of 1 million 490 thousand yuan a year,so as to increase productivity and system.Efficiency,prolonging the period of pump inspection and reducing the unit consumption of the hydraulic system.The adjustment method has a broad prospect of promotion.

Research on Energy Saving Technology Transformation of 35 kV High Energy Consumption Transformer in Oilfield Network

Abstract:There are 485 35kV transformers in Daqing Oilfield Power Grid.Most of them are S7-type high energy consumption transformer,the cumulative capacity is 225,900 kVA.And they are regard as backward products.There is 10%loss when electric power going through transformers and transmission lines,and the transformer loss accounts for about 7%.So it has large energy saving potential in this area.According to the current status of high energy consumption transformers,the overall technical level of the transformer can achieve national lowvoltage consumption transformer technical standards by optimal design of S7 type 35kV high energy consumption transformer.And also economic benefits analysis which combined with energy-saving technological transformation can provide reference for energy-saving technological transformation of oilfield high energy-consuming transformer products.

Energy Saving Technology Reformation of Filter Bag Testing Equipment

Abstract:Daqing oilfield needs a large number of the use of filter bags to filtrate the auxiliary for tertiary oil recovery.Quality of filter bag has a direct impact on the effect of tertiary oil recovery.At present,the test device used for testing the performance of filter bags has been corroded seriously after more than 10 years'application.The problems of water consumption,power consumption and noise pollution are prominent in the detection process.Through the technical transformation of the filter bag detection device,it not only reduces the energy consumption of water,electricity and so on,reduces the noise pollution,but also improves the working efficiency.Application of three years,while meeting the detection requirements,saving electricity about 1.8×105kW,saving about 1.26×104m³of water.It provides technical ideas for the energy saving transformation of other devices,has good economic and social benefits.
