都市刚与柔

君子有六艺：礼、乐、射、御、书、数。射箭，自古象征着英武之气。如今，越来越多都市女性也迷上了这一复古又时髦的运动。

在重庆，有一个女子射箭队，名为“半弦”，取自李世民《咏弓》：“上弦明月半，激箭流星远。落雁带书惊，蹄猿映枝转。”队伍里有五个人，最小的22岁，最大的35岁。她们有的做红酒文化，有的是心理咨询师，还有的是私企老板。

In ancient Chinese culture, to promote all-around development, decent people were required to master six practical disciplines called the Six Arts: rites, music, archery, riding, calligraphy and mathematics. Archery amongst them always signified valiancy and bravery. Nowadays,however, more and more modern urban women get addicted to this very old sport.

In Chongqing, there is a lady archery team called “Banxian”, the name coming from a poem by Emperor Taizong of Tang. Of the five team members, the youngest is 22 years old and the eldest 35, some is red wine culture promoter, some is psychological therapist,and some are private entrepreneurs.

这支射箭队很年轻，去年八月成立。

舍予既是射箭队的创立者，也是队长。舍予自小就有英雄情结，去年，她接触到射箭，立刻着了魔。

“女孩子还需要有内在，要健康，要有独立的人格。”在射箭这项小众而孤独的运动中，她找到了想要的。

射箭队每周两次训练，每次200支射箭量，还有举哑铃等力量训练。眼下，队员们准备参加今年的昆明原野射箭公开赛，每个人都不敢懈怠。

在她身旁，队员们专注地拉弓、瞄准、射击，模样优雅而帅气。“现在的都市女性有太多身份，她们在这里能找到独属于自己的时间。”

She Yu is the founder and the leader of the archery team. She Yu has yearned for being a heroic and soldierly female since very little. Last year when she got to archery she was entranced by it at once.

“We girls need to cement the spirit still. Health and independent personality is very much necessary.”From archery such a niche sport, she found what she wants at last.

The team has two trainings every week, 200 arrows for each time, and there are other strength trainings like dumbbell exercise. For now the members are making an all-out effort to prepare for the Kunming Stone Forest Field Archery Competition this year.

Beside her, the other team members are in attentive exercise, drawing, aiming and then propelling,very elegant and handsome as well. “The urban women now bear too many identities, and at this place they can finally find some time for themselves exclusively. ”
