A Good Way to Exercise
Hello, boys and girls!September 29th is our Running Day. Running is cheaper than many other sports—to start, just get some comfortable sports clothes and good running shoes. We can run round our houses, at school, in parks or along the streets.
Running is easy, and we dont need any training. It is also a good way to keep fit and relax ourselves. We will feel good running in the fresh air. We can also make some friends with others in running.
