CHINA’S FIRST A380 COMPLETED ITS HIGHESTSTANDARD MAINTENANCE中国首架A380飞机完成首次最高级别“体检”
On June 3rd 2017, China's fi rst A380 completed its highest-standard
maintenance by GAMECO, which was the fi rst highest-standard maintenance conducted on A380 in the country.
Currently there are no more than 10
MROs that are qualifi ed for conducting A380's six-year checks.
OPEN TO PUBLIC DAY IN THE SECOND QUARTER第二季度公众开放日举办
On 11th June, China Southern held its
'Open to the Public Day' in the second
quarter of 2017. Fifty citizens and
journalists who took part in the activities
visited GAMECO to learn about the aircraft cleaning process. Some citizens also got on the hydraulic aerial cage with the staff's guidance to experience aircraft cleaning
on their own.
NEW FLIGHT FROM GUANGZHOU TO LANGKAWI广州——兰卡威开航
China Southern will open the route from
Guangzhou to Langkawi on 11th July, with the use of an Airbus A320. It will take off
on every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday from Guangzhou at 20:10, and will land in Langkawi at 00:00 local time. The return
fl ight will take off on every Wednesday,
Friday and Sunday in Langkawi at 1:00
and will land in Guangzhou at 5:00.
Langkawi is the biggest island in Malaysia. This is the 4th shipping point in Malaysia for China Southern after Kuala Lumpur,
Penang and Sabah.
