Adaptability Research of the Control Cabinet and the Motor of Pumping Unit Wells

Abstract:Along with the development of energy saving technology in oilfields,all kinds of new energy saving technologies are used for energy saving equipment in oilfield.The matching experiment of two kinds of energy saving motors and three kinds of energy saving control cabinets is carried and then different matching effects of different power efficiency are got by relevant parameters such as active power,reactive power and integrated power saving rate.Considering the torque of the pumping unit and the motor,and the safety factor of new and old wells,the current saving energy status of pumping unit wells is evaluated with the guidance of matching effects.Meanwhile,for pumping wells that have unmatchable motor and control cabinet,exchanging relevant equipment can improve energy saving efficiency of energy saving equipment.

Calculation and Selection Methods of the Control Valve in Temperature and Pressure Reducing Devices

Abstract:In the steam system of petrochemical and natural gas purification plants,temperature and pressure reducing devices are the important part.In order to improve the regulation quality of temperature and pressure reducing devices and then to achieve the purpose of energy saving,consumption and emission reduction,except considering the structure selection in the engineering design,calculation and selection methods of the flow coefficient valueCVof attempering water control valve and steam pressure control valve are critical.Aiming at the basic structure and characteristics of the device,the calculation and selection of attempering water control valve and steam pressure control valve are studied and discussed.Then the conclusion that good calculation and selection methods have direct impact on the regulation quality and energy consumption of the device is gained,which provides strong guarantee for the steam quality of downstream devices and the stable operation of the steam system.

Application of High-temperature Water Source Heat Pump Units in the Waste Heat Recovery and Utilization of Waste Water in the Oilfield

Abstract:Development and utilization of high-temperature waste heat resources has become a new economic growth point of the oil field.The working principle,characteristics,field application status and application effect analysis of high-temperature water source heat pump units are introduced.Practice has proved that using the BOO project management model to develop and utilize the waste heat of waste water can effectively solve the funds shortage of oilfield energy conservation project.The application technology of high-temperature water source heat pump units in the waste heat recovery and utilization of waste water in the oilfield is mature and feasible,which can fully meet the technical requirements of the two-level heat exchange method and has good application and promotional value.

Application and Effect Evaluation on Energy-saving Transformation of Hydraulic End of Injection Pump in Oilfield Water Injection

Abstract:Injection pump is one of the main equipments in oilfield water injection system and it plays an important role.With the oilfield development have entered high water-cut period,the amount of reinjection water increases,and its corrosion resistance is strong,as well as relatively high content of the impurity.Therefore,the corrosion speed of hydraulic end of injection pump is higher,the pump efficiency is lower,and the energy consumption of injection pump is as high as 7.82 kWh/m3,causing great waste.In order to solve this problem,the hydraulic end is transformed.The cylindrical seal structure of hydraulic end is transformed into cylindrical flat seal.At the same time,the positioning pin which connects the body of hydraulic end with the pump body is cancelled.After being transformated,the pump unit efficiency and volumetric efficiency greatly ascend.The average energy consumption is dropped to 6.27 kWh/m3which has good economic benefit and application prospects.

Functional Experiment and Application Limit Research on the Multifunctional Speed Control Device of Pumping Units in Mid-Sa Oilfield

Abstract:The load of beam-pumping units follows the period of pumping unit strokes.The starting torque of the pumping unit is large and the normal-operation torque of that is relatively small, so its overloaded running time is short and the average motor load of the pumping unit is less than 30%.The multifunctional speed control device of pumping units can realize arbitrary switching between power frequency and frequency conversion.The sensor of the device is responsible for posi-tion signal transmission in the process of crank rotation,distinguishing whether the pumping unit suspension center is on the up stroke or down stroke,and then transferring the signal to the control panel.The control panel gives working order to the converter,measures electrical parameters,analyzes and judge working conditions.According to the need,the control panel supplies electrical parameters to realize energy saving.The selection principle and adaptability of the device are studied and then field application with 2585 wells is carried out.The comprehensive electricity saving rate is 11.16%,which achieves good results.

Study on the Energy Saving Effect of Low-liquid-level Interval Pumping

Abstract:As the oilfield has entered into the later stage of high-water-cut period,stripper wells with low submergence and inadequate fluid increase year by year.And for this kind of oil wells, low-liquid-level interval pumping is an effective production method.In Grape Flower Oilfield,the annual amount of wells that using low-liquid-level interval pumping reaches 2 500,accounting for 22.6%of the total number of wells.For lowering cost,improving efficiency and saving energy consumption and on the premise of stable daily oil production,liquid level recovery and falling formula for low-liquid-level Interval pumping system is taken.Combined with the electric charge calculation method of"peak,valley,plain",the low-liquid-level interval pumping system that suitable for Grape Flower Oilfield is developed.Through comparing the production status before and after interval pumping,single well can save electricity 32.63 kWh/d on the premise of stable daily oil production,which achieves good economic and social benefits.

The Study on New Technology and New Process of Ultra Low Permeability and High Gas Oil Ratio Oilfield in Changqing

Abstract:Changqing Oilfield is an ultra low permeability and high gas oil ratio oilfield,its natural and social conditions are extremely complex,and the local government made a request for the region safety and environmental protection.In order to realize the goal of economies development, safe construction and environmental protection,a series of new process and technologies are studied and applied in oilfield surface development and construction,including the well site facilities optimization,the large-scale application of skid-mounted equipment,the full closed oil and gas gathering and transportation technology and the gas recycling technology.By the application of the processes mentioned above,the purpose of saving land,shortening the ground construction cycle, recycling the associated gas and reducing the CO2emissions was achieved.

Research on Energy Saving Measures of Dust Removal and Cooling for Steam Boiler Tail Gas

Abstract:In view of the poor efficiency and serious energy waste of the movable steam boiler used in the mechanical cleaning of the oil storage tank,the countermeasures were formulated and a lot of field experiments were carried out.Through the effective expansion of the heat exchange area and the change of heat transfer process,the water curtain dust removal device using gravity dedusting principle was added in the outer side of the box body,the structure of the nitrogen heat integration cooling device was simplified,and the self-made cleaning and dust removing device was added to achieve the purpose of the boiler exhaust gas cooling and dust removal.Therefore,the heat utilization increased by more than 20%.

Application of the Suspended Sludge Filtration Process in Wudong Union Station

Abstract:Wudong Union Station introduced SSF(Suspended Sludge Filtration)suspended sludge treatment process to solve the problem that the water couldn't meet the injectiong standard after walnut shell filtration process.The capacity of the process is strong,and the concentration of the waste oil is stable at 2.0 mg/L,the concentration of suspended substance is stable at 1.5 mg/L in the water after being treated.Compared with the original treatment process,the utility model has the advantages of simple process,low investment,convenient operation and management,as well as low energy and chemical consumption.

Application of Regenerative Air Preheating Technology on Heat Recovery of Low-temperature Flue Gas

Abstract:Beginning with increasing the waste heat recovery efficiency of flue gas,smoke emission temperature is further reduced and more heat is recycled.Improving thermal efficiency of heating furnaces in petrochemical industry can achieve the goal of reducing fuel consumption and total emissions.Combining with engineering examples,application characteristics and equipment strategies of regenerative air preheating technology in low-temperature flue gas heat recovery are analyzed.The results show that regenerative air heat recovery technology has advantages in improving thermal efficiency of the heating furnace and promoting energy conservation and emissions reduction,which has great application and promotion values.

The Application of Energy Conservation Technique on Steam-injection Boiler

Abstract:The steam-injection boiler has been widely used in the thermal recovery in Liaohe Oil-field.Due to the long service life and inadequate equipment,many problems occur,such as large fuel consumption,high surface temperature,great heat loss and low thermal efficiency.A series of energy conservation technique(thermal insulation of boiler,diesel ignition and combustion chamber improvement)has been applied to reduce the surface temperature of boiler to 22℃effectively,reduce steam-injection per unit by 3 kg/m3,and thermal efficiency by 2%,as well as energy loss. Meanwhile,the pollutant emission and production cost have been cut down,too.

Application Effect Evaluation of Magnetic Anti-paraffin Technology in A Oilfield

Abstract:In recent years,electromagnetic anti-paraffin devices are applied in new production wells of A oilfield.Deep analysis and effect evaluation of magnetic anti-paraffin technology are done by the combination method of theory analysis and field test,and then the application limit of magnetic anti-paraffin technology is got.The effective field intensity range of electromagnetic antiparaffin devices with 300 W is suitable for oil wells in A Oilfield,which averagely prolongs 49.5% of the paraffin cleaning cycle and provides strong technical support for the rational use of magnetic anti-paraffin technology in A oilfield.

Research and Application of Real Time Intelligent Diagnosis and Optimization Decision Technology for Electric Pump Wells

Abstract:In order to improve the site management level for electric pump wells and to achieve unattended operation,automated management of production and operation and energy saving,information transformation is conducted to 10 electric pump wells in Jianghe Oilfield by Henan Oilfield Branch in 2015.Through installing pressure,temperature,electrical parameters,sliding flow meters,videos and other automatic acquisition equipment at the wellhead,operation parameters and site images of electric pump wells are acquired in real-time and then parameters and images are transferred to data control terminal by ZigBee wireless communication or 4G network.Meanwhile, the real-time working condition diagnosis and optimization decision software system for electric pumping wells in Henan Oilfield is developed,which achieves real time intelligent diagnosis and decision optimization for the working condition of oil wells.

Analysis of Energy Saving and Emission Reduction in Cementing Engineering

Abstract:In order to achieve energy saving and emission reduction in cementing engineering,Jilin Oilfield insists on combining practice with theoretical research.Aiming at the waste disposal in ce-menting process,measures such as optimizing the wellbore structure,adjusting proportion of the tail slurry and transforming cement trucks are taken.By doing so,the amount of cement and additives can be saved,which makes a great contribution to oilfield environmental protection and has remarkable effect on energy saving and emission reduction.

Optimization Adjustment of Air Distribution of Heating Furnaces

Abstract:According to problems of the original combustion control scheme of heating furnaces, optimization adjustment is conducted according to the theoretical air distribution amount of heating furnaces.Keeping burners burning safely under the theoretical air distribution can improve combustion efficiency of the heating furnace.The actual optimization adjustment proves that efficiency of the heating furnace can be improved by 0.34%and the nitrogen oxides emission can be reduced by 44.22%.Meanwhile,it can reduce electricity consumption,help energy saving and emission reduction,which bring good economic and environmental benefits for the enterprise.

Application of Bias Flow Prevention Technology in Crude Oil Heating Furnaces

Abstract:The bias flow that comes from the multi-feeding of heating furnaces can cause coking on furnace tubes,reduce efficiency of heating furnaces and increase its energy consumption.In order to solve above problems,bias flow prevention technology is applied and fuzzy PID control algorithm is used.By doing so,the temperature difference between furnace tubes reduces from 60~70℃to less than 4℃,which annually makes eight crude oil stabilization plants process 36.94×104tons more crude oil,produce 8225 tons more light dydrocarbon,save 101.2×104m3of fuel gas and 124.8 thousand yuan of maintenance cost.Bias flow prevention technology efficiently can improve the control accuracy of crude oil heating furnaces,can reduce uneven heating and tube coking and can increase the thermal efficiency of crude oil heating furnaces and the stabilization rate of crude oil.
