错的电子邮件地址

A couple was going on vacation,but his wife was on a business trip.So he went to the destination first and his wife would meet him the next day.

一对夫妇要出门度假，但是妻子正在出差，因此丈夫先去目的地，妻子在第二天将和他会合。

When he reached his hotel,he decided to send his wife a quick e-mail.

他到了旅馆后，决定给他妻子发一封简短的电子邮件。

Unfortunately,when typing her address,he mistyped a letter and his note was directed instead to an elderly preacher1’s wife whose husband had passed away only the day before.

倒霉的是，在打她的地址时，他打错了一个字母，他的邮件发到了一个年老的牧师妻子的邮箱，这位牧师前一天才刚刚去世。

When the sad widow checked her e-mail,she took one look at the monitor,let out a scream, and fell to the floor in a dead faint2.

当悲伤的寡妇查看邮件的时候，一看到显示屏就发出一声尖叫，然后就摔倒在地上不省人事。

At the sound,her family rushed into the room and saw this note on the screen∶

听到声响，她的家人冲进房间，看到了显示屏里的那封邮件：Dearest Wife,

Just got checked in.Everything prepared for your arrival tomorrow.

P.S.Sure is hot down here.

亲爱的妻子：

我刚刚入住。我已做好准备迎接你明天到来。
