Some students say they have become fat andthatitreallymakesthemfeelvery worried.I think this is one of the biggest worries for us,but we are able to solve this problem.
First,you could eat less.Especially you should not eat junk food.The body needs food for refueling energy,but you’ll become fat if you eat more than your body needs.If you eat less,the body can burn more calories.Second,do more exercise.Taking exercise can also help your body burn calories and make you thinner.There are many ways to do exercise. For example,you could go to school on foot or by bike.You can do all kinds of sports,such as playing balls,running,jumping and so on. You can also take part in some interesting after-class activities.
Don’t worry too much.I think you’ll become much more athletic than before if you do these above.
