Rescuers escort a child trapped by foods caused by persistent torrential rain in Wuhan， capital city of central China's Hubei Province， on July 1.
Central and south China have recently suffered heavy rainfall. Premier Li Keqiang toured Hubei，Anhui， and Hunan provinces on July 5-6 to inspect food control and disaster relief.
